“Super relaxing stay”
Could not fault the hotel. The staff were brilliant, the food was excellent and the rooftop terrace was just lovely. I would highly recommend going. Very relaxing We also had a hot stone massage which was excellent

“Perfect Hotel and Location for a Family Vacation”
We were at Aqua Natura Bay for 3 weeks and it was the best experience we have ever had. The properties are very well cared for and the staff are exceptional. “Nice hotel but stars are a little bit overrated. Hotel can have a renovation.”
Parking space is very poor and limited. The hotel is located at a very good spot in front of natural pools. The swimming pool is cold and has amper beds for all the rooms. “What's good is great but what's bad....”
Amazing breakfast, super staff! Thanks you to Susanna and the egg man!!! Front desk not the best. Not a lot of interest in the issues and questions of guests not very nice, none of them. Room cleaning very good but slow. Spa Area horrible with bad smell.
