Front desk is excellent. We arrived early off a red eye and they found us a room that was ready to go so we could unpack and sleep a little bit bf heading off on our adventures. Parking was great! Great hotel in a great location. Right in the center of Ponta Delgada. Breakfast was very nice. Everything one would need. Rooms were very cozy. Staff was lovely and accommodating. I would highly recommend

Azores get aways set us up with this hotel. Perfect breakfast and location. However lower score due to lack of friendliness and warmth of staff. Can’t recall if we saw a staff smile in 4 days.
