“Great location and breakfast!”
Stayed for 4 nights, it was very good. Room was a bit small, but shower was good and breakfast was very good. Staff is great, location is excelent and very near the city gates, and tourism office, sea and booking experiences. We had a great time and would book here again.

“Good Place”
Great hotel in Ponta Delgada, location was perfect, in the heart of the city, staff was very friendly and it was clean with good&average breakfast. Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms just in the hall of the hotel. Quality&Price Excelent

“Good Hotel if your in a budget but don’t expect luxury”
This is a good cheap hotel more suited for short stays… the rooms are not modern and the wifi wasn’t always the best… but the breakfast was nice and most of the staff seemed nice…. If i’m being totally honest I would book a more luxurious hotel if I were to return to Sao Miguel …. but I’d still rec… more

“Cheap hotel in the middle of ponta Delgada”
The room are small without any forniture. The number on the keys is very difficult to read. Don't lost the key (ten euros of fees). Wifi included. The breakfast is included but you must reserve a slot due the covid-19 restriction. If you have a car in the street is not available any parking lot

“Great service by the lady at Recepcion.”
Great service by the lady at Recepcion, communal areas are renewed but the rooms still old, specially the shower rooms. Nice breakfast, many options, great service by the two ladies there. Located in a nice street, close to all amenities, port and airport, very convenient.
