The location is very convenient. I loved staying here. The only problem was the noise level, but everyone was very kind and had a 10/10 service level. I was welcomed by Kamil who was super kind and sent us a bell man, David who was also very kind. Our best experience was at the pool bar that was a 5/5 stars ⭐️ with Hiram Avila. He was kind, gave us great recommendations, was so sweet and made us want to stay at the pool bar for hours. He is definitely the best bar tender service I’ve experience. My husband and I were so happy. Muchísimas gracias Hiram 🇵🇷 ¡Que viva Puerto Rico!

Our overall experience was deeply disappointing. While a few staff members were genuinely pleasant and welcoming, the inconsistency in service was impossible to ignore. Several employees came across as outright rude—especially when making simple requests like asking for water or ice. Given the intense heat outside, you would expect at least basic hospitality, but instead we were met with attitude and reluctance. To make matters worse, it felt like we were being charged for everything. Even something as simple as having our bags watched for a short time while doing final shopping before departure came with an added cost. That kind of nickel-and-diming really takes away from what should be a relaxing, premium experience. The bar service was equally hit-or-miss. While a handful of bartenders were friendly and attentive, others wouldn’t even acknowledge us, which is frustrating when you’re standing there waiting to be served. That lack of consistency in customer care was a recurring theme throughout our stay. The hotel itself was just okay—nothing exceptional to justify the high prices. At one point, we even lost water service in the hotel for several hours, which is completely unacceptable for a property of this level. Dining on-site was another letdown. The food was overpriced and underwhelming, to the point where we chose to leave the hotel and eat elsewhere. Ironically, those off-property experiences were far better, with friendlier people and more satisfying meals. Even the breakfast experience felt misleading. What was advertised as a continental breakfast came with additional charges—$25 just for an omelet upgrade—which felt excessive and frustrating. While Puerto Rico is undeniably beautiful, our stay at this hotel fell far short of expectations. We weren’t the only ones who felt this way either—many guests voiced similar frustrations about the pricing and poor customer service. Unfortunately, despite the stunning location, this experience has ensured that we will not be returning.

This trip was a girls trip to celebrate some significant birthdays. The first impression of this hotel was that it was beautiful. Right on the water, open-air lobby, kind staff, just a lovely place. Then we got to our room. A lot of peeling paint, baseboards with chunks out of them, and the carpet was not good at all. The front desk made it right and moved us to another room with a King bed and a pull-out. It was fine, but for the prices it was just manageable. The pools are great, the private beach area was so nice with lots of little areas to relax. The pool bar was the place to be though! Ricardo was fantastic, a true asset to the hotel and the Hilton brand. He gave us a ton of suggestions of places to see and things to do. He was really a standout for our trip. This hotel has a crazy amount of potential, however, until they meet that potential, they really need to price their rooms accordingly.
