“Excellent hotel and staff - nice base for the area”

This is a great hotel right just off the promenade in Sochi. The rooms are spacious clean and well equipped. Some rooms at the front have good sized balconies. the ones at back overlook the road, but its a quiet town. Breakfast overlooks the football pitch, and there are volleyball courts and 2 pools for the fitness type! Good breakfast , with fruits, cold meat as well as hot buffet dishes and a cook to do the eggs and omelettes. Some rooms equipped with microwave, hot plates and good sized fridge freezer, and with Supermarket across the road (50 metres) its excellent for making a lunch or soups etc. the staff spoke pretty good English with the Senior Sales Manager, Olga, speaking perfect English and also being extremely helpful at organizing and sorting out buses and taxis for us. The hotel is only a few kilometers from the Olympic park and F1 Track and we used this as a base for the Russian F1, buses run every 10 mins to the station Hub and that's beside the This is a great hotel right on the promenade in Sochi. One thing to remember is that there are ATMs here but no banks except in Adler, so you need to get money changed before you leave airport. Really a little gem of a place and we will be back again without doubt.

“Good Spot near the Waterfront”

Had a pleasant stay here for 3 nights during the World Cup. Very friendly staff and very clean. Walk to water on the Black Sea front restaurants cafes and local shops which was very nice. About 2-3 klms from Fisht Stadium in Sochi but lovely walk along the waterfront to the stadium. After traveling around we wanted to do some washing ourselves and we were brought to the laundry and allowed to do it. this part of Sochi is a lovely part to stay and there are a lot of amenities. Table Tennis, pool ,spa and lots more if you wish to participate. We had a sea view and small balcony in our room which was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Adler- Sochi.

Stayed at this hotel in February 2016, and it was a very pleasant stay. I was supposed to stay at a different hotel with my family, but that hotel was full and I found this one, just around the corner. I checked in very quickly, was given a small tour of the facilities, and escorted to my room. The room was big, and had lots of light. There was an armchair and a coffee table, a work desk and a chair, a TV and a fridge. Lots of storage for all of your belongings, comfy beds, great view of the black sea, sports facilities (soccer, pool, tennis, etc). You can take a walk along the boardwalk to see the Olympic venues, or you can rent a bike ($3/h) and go exploring. Each room comes with all the toiletries, a nice robe, slippers and even shoe shine. Breakfast at this place is prepared at a café that is on the sea, and it takes a bit of time, so I had breakfast here once and then decided to eat elsewhere while exploring. There are a few nice restaurants in the area - La Luna is a good one, and Mare d'Amore on the boardwalk is nice as well. There are markets and a bus stop nearby. Download the Yandex Taxi app, and get around very cheap. There is a washing machine on each floor, and you can wash your stuff for $3, which buys a Tide Pod and a key to the laundry room. If you have your own detergent, you can wash more of your stuff for the same price. There is no dryer, so you need to ask for a drying rack to be brought to your room. Overall, a nice hotel with friendly staff, good service, in a great locations and at a good price.
