Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To guarantee your reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the total cost of stay is required. A full invoice will be sent to the guest's email address. Prepayment must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the invoice, or the prepayment can be withdrawn from the guest's card linked to the reservation. The rest of the money is paid by the guest upon check-in. In case of cancellation, the prepayment will be refunded as follows: If the cancellation is more than 30 days before arrival, the 50% advance payment is refunded in full, if the cancellation is less than 30 days before arrival, the prepayment may be refunded only after providing a refund application in case of force majeure, proofed by documents and after consideration by the director.
