It is a bit late to write this but we stayed in this beautiful hotel in March. The best thing of this hotel is the staff: a special mention to Monique that served us kindly and the rest of the staff worked so hard. We remember from Reception a blonde girl Natalie and some cheerful Italian girls Celine, they helped us and recommended some places to go around Benalmadena, they were really kind and professional. The rooms were magnificent and very clean. The cleaning ladies worked really hard and we loved their small details with the towels. We will definitely come back. Many thanks to all!

Fab hotel with the most amazing staff ever. Natasha & Stefi are an absolute credit to the hotel, they are like human forms of sunshine. Thank you for going above and beyond for us and the kids. Fabiana, Eva and Vero were always kind and welcoming at mini club and kids disco. The restaurant / bar staff always greet everyone with a smile. The breakfast selection is delicious. Lots of choice and the fresh pastries are so yummy. Different themes like Mexican and Italian each night which is great. Varied entertainment each night in the bar after kids disco including flamenco dancers, bingo and Spanish guitar which is fab. Hotel is spotless thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who come everyday especially Isa and Shirley who leaves little animal shapes with the towels. Reception staff are always happy to help & greet you each time you pass by. Last but not least thank you Carlos for always welcoming and accommodating us on each of our stays. We are looking forward to returning again hopefully soon.

The hotel was in great proximity to the airport, which was one of the main reasons we chose it, and the overall aesthetics were good. However, our room was built into the roof, which meant we had to continuously contort our necks (this hurt) and also banged our heads a few times. Our balcony view was also impeded because of this. The room and bathroom was clean, but there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom for half of our stay, which only fully went after the room was cleaned twice (this included cleaning a mark left previously left from a sink leak or something). The breakfast also was not great. There was thankfully freshly squeezed orange juice, but the other juices were some kind of cheap squash. There was no variation from day to day, which was needed, as the food did not taste that great, especially the sweet items like cakes and biscuits. The fruit was sweet though and there was a wide selection of breads. Having a little shop in the hotel was also handy, and Beny the tiger was a hit with my four-year-old niece. It wasn't the worst, but overall, I don't think I would stay at this hotel again.

A very mixed stay, we stayed for 5 nights, Check in was ok but it felt very overwhelming, passports had to be scanned for each guest, they required a card to hold against the room, 3 forms had to be completed for each adult guest and then were informed of deposits for pool towels and robes Facility wise the hotel has alot to offer for families. The kids club and mini disco was fantastic. The arcade was good although we did have some issues with machines not working although we had paid on another occasion there was water coming through the ceiling in the arcade. We were half board, breakfast options are great, the dinner selection not great at all. Its also very hectic and disorganised. On one occasion we found bones in the chicken dish. There is also a fee or EUR9 if you wish to take food from the restaurant to the hotel room which I found excessive. We found the room to be small but managed . The biggest issue for us was the balcony it was absolutely tiny. 2 adults could barely fit. Where the room was located was just above the restaurant which offered absolutely no privacy from either the bedroom or living room. You had guests eating lunch staring in which was a major concern for me when getting my son ready. There was also no sun on the balcony so it was freezing and we couldnt dry towels, swimsuits etc. On another occasion my son opted for a bath to find there was no stopper. We found a note detailing these had to be requested from reception so we just didnt bother The heated pool is warmer than outside but you would get cold after a period of time The hill is an absolute killer, there are other entrances but these are closed in the evening. The kids club, mini disco and water activities really saved the holiday for us. Outside of this the level of service didnt feel very 4 star quality.
