“Fun resort for families with younger children”

For a family of 4 with children aged 9 and 11, this was overall a good place to stay. The water park in the pool is great and felt safe as lots of life guards. The proximity to the beach means you can mix it up easily. Beach very busy but nice and well maintained. As you would expect of a family resort like this, it’s very busy in summer and not a relaxing getaway! I did have a lovely massage though and the hotel suited our family well this year. The queues for the snacks and the drinks bar are a downside - we didn’t opt for all-inclusive (we were half-board) and we’re glad we didn’t as we wouldn’t have made the most of it due to the queues. The staff are very helpful. For example, when we arrived late at night we requested a room change as the first one smelled terrible - they switched us to another one without any fuss. Any queries were quickly and easily answered. The food is nice - lots of options and a nice atmosphere, especially outside on the terrace. Entertainment on some nights too. Rooms fine - nice and clean. Not high luxury but we weren’t expecting that. We did have some noise at night (kids running around the corridors etc) but didn’t bother us too much. Overall, we would recommend it for a family with younger children. I don’t think we’ll return as our children are just about growing out of this type of water park / resort, but they had a lovely time this summer.

We had a fantastic holiday here. Rooms are small enough for 4 people but we managed fine for 10nights we weren't in the room that much anyway. Beds were comfy enough and we asked for extra pillows which were sent up that afternoon. Maids were in each day and made up beds and fresh towels everyday which was fantastic. We ate in the hotel all 10 days for each off our 3 meals. Breakfast was great, lunch and dinner maybe slightly repetitive some days but always something to have. The offer of fresh fruit was amazing and lots of variety of desserts too. The queues towards the end of our stay did take quite a while however if we knew exactly what we wanted like the pizza for example we just went straight to that section instead of queuing for the section before it. Slides are brilliant for adults and children, we were always able to get sunbeds perhaps not in eye line of the pool but I usually just sat at the edge of the pool until beds became free later in the day. The splash pool was really enjoyable for both my 6 &8 year old. The animation team were brilliant especially Jose, he had a brilliant way with children! My 6year olds highlight was the mini disco each night!! Evening entertainment was okay, I was content to watch it however my children preferred to go to the play park or play in the games room. Overall we had a generally positive experience here except for a couple of things. •The snack bar queue was always too long so we never used it. •A couple of the bar staff were quite rude (the man at the bar by the splash park is great) • The cleanliness of the pools. On a couple of occassions the splash pool was closed due to children having soiled in the water. On our last day this resulted in the pool being closed for 1 hour afterwards. I did witness that a baby with no nappy or clothing was in the water, this should not be allowed at all. I do believe that this resulted in my son taking extremely poorly and have since had his test results back to say he has Samonella which i assume is from ingesting the contaminated water. We did have am amazing time and I dont want this experience of illness to overshadow how good a time we did have but please be mindful of swallowing water when in the pool.

Decent location with local bars and shops on doorstep. For sunbeds you have to queue up in the morning. Decent location with local bars and shops on doorstep. For sunbeds you have to queue up in the morning. Food was terrible for kids, no choices at meal times just pizza everyday and also I hope you like pork because that's on everyday. For meal times there is San Miguel or wine. In August kids don't get free ice creams or slushies, they get ice pops. Rooms are very clean and hotel is as well can't fault them there. Staff were friendly. I think it was overpriced for August

Overall we’ve had a lovely time. The report itself is small, pools aren’t very big and inflatables only allowed in the baby pool. Lifeguards are beyond strict, no jumping in, you get whistled if you go down the slide a few seconds early, they even give ‘30 minute bans’. The whistle is going off constantly. Pools are clean but don’t open until 10am. There a very deep pool down the bottom, a baby pool in the middle and then the pool with the slides so not a pool for a child of say 6-10 to play around in. It seems to be very overcrowded, they offer day passes to people so it’s open to public too so it’s very full around the pool. Sunbed situation is crazy. Queue starts at 8:15am, gates and pools open at 10am. Reason for the queues is because everyone, including us, wants beds by the pool to watch our children. A lot of the beds are quite far away from the pool. Rooms spotless and clean. Fresh towels everyday and beds made everyday. They’re really small, for a family of 4, we have struggled but, it’s fine if you’re only in there to sleep/change. Food is delicious! Huge selection and all very nice. It is very samey samey each day so by 5 you are a bit fed up but, it’s a lovely selection and tastes lovely. Pudding selection is amazing! Staff overall friendly. The guy in snack bar is super friendly and always happy! As are most! The lifeguards aren’t the most friendly/welcoming and some members of reception/bar are quite abrupt. Snack bar food isn’t the best but it can’t be helped as the queues are huge so it’s fast food. But, keeps the kids happy and fed! Evening entertainment is very poor. It’s catered for 6 and under I’d say. Very cheesy singing and dancing. Not a great deal of activities for the kids club either. Tip: only certain drinks and lollies are included in the all inclusive. Not all, which is what we assumed. Slushes, popcorns and certain drinks need to be paid for. I’d recommend everyone who stays here to go to the marina at least one. Lovely views, great shops and wonderful atmosphere. Lovely bars and restaurants too! It’s 10 mins in a taxi and costs around 7 euros. We’ve had a great week, our boys age 7 and 12 have loved it! Weathers been fab at approx 32 degrees each day. Would we return? Probably not as we felt it’s quite small and overcrowded here but I’ve not regretted the holiday, we’ve loved it!
