“Great experience.”

Fantastic entertainment in the evening for the kids and parents, Hotel is spotless clean and right beside a Fantastic beach, the staff and the pool side staff where brilliant with the kids, will definitely be returning.

We travelled to this hotel as a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers).The hotel itself is very good, couldn’t fault it. The prime sea view room was very comfortable & the sea view was an added bonus. The hotel itself is very clean. I see some reviews on here about the long wait for the lift and the noisy corridors. We had no problems at all waiting on the lifts, sometimes we used the stairs through choice but any time we went to the lifts we never had to wait longer than one minute. We stayed on the 2nd floor. We didn’t experience any noise issues at all. We ate in the hotel restaurant 3 nights out of the 7 & the food was excellent. Slightly more expensive I would say than bar food outside of the hotel but worth the extra in our opinion. The pool area is also excellent, very lively. We had no problem at all getting sunbeds. Reception staff helpful & cleaning staff very good. The only one thing I would say is that the hotel is about 30 mins walk to the Marina which wasn’t a problem for us and there are taxis available outside but it’s something to keep in mind if walking is an issue. All in all an excellent stay.

Sitting out behind the hotel is the most amazing place to watch the sunset. Cannot wait to go back

“Busy hotel with some fixable points.”

Stayed in June 2026 as a family of 3. Couple in our 30s with a 9 month old baby. First time to the area. Negatives: - Hotel is a very large complex with hundreds of rooms, and was very busy and noisy. Noise is to be expected with a family hotel, so I appreciate that other guests are not a fault of the hotel. However the rooms had zero soundproofing, the layout of the bedrooms means that the head of your bed is adjacent to the corridor doors, the noise went on all night from the floors above. Sometimes at 3am we could hear people shutting doors and running around the corridors. My baby had a white noise machine on, so thankfully slept peacefully. But me and my husband were woken a few nights of our week stay. - You can pay a deposit to get pool towels (which we read before we went, so managed to save some room in our baggage allowance not having to bring towels). However they expect you to use the same towel for the entire duration of your stay! Which I found disgusting. We have stayed at many hotels before where towels are swapped daily by the pool guard. I was actually quite shocked they didn’t offer an exchange service. It was just a case of getting your deposit back at the end of the stay. So definitely just bring your own for hygiene reasons, lying on them all day at the pool and sweat/drying. - On check in at 2:30/3pm. We were told our room was not available yet, and the check in woman told me quite abruptly that check in isn’t until 5pm. I said quite politely that I wasn’t aware of this. And she abruptly told me it is on their website. I reminded her we were a jet 2 holiday booking so did not access their direct website, and she did retract her attitude a little and did kindly make a call to the maid service to reallocate us a different room. - we hired their cot service for our baby at 3 euros per day. It was different from the sizing of the cot I had enquired directly to the hotel about prior to arrival, therefore the fitted sheet I had brought from home for my babies sensitive skin didn’t fit the mattress, we made it work because they provide you with a thick blue hairy sheet that is absolutely not safe sleep approved. The cot mesh was quite grubby also, it was well used. But to be fair the mattress itself was very clean. - we had a Mountain View room as we booked late and there were no beach view rooms available at the time. The Mountain View looks into a busy roundabout (did have nice Mountain View up the hills). But the patio door let in a lot of noise during the night of cars and motorbikes beeping at each other on the roundabout. Can’t comment if the beach view rooms were any quieter. - The room we were given had a shower and no bath. I know the website states bath OR shower. However with a baby I would have expected they would have allocated us a room with a bath. We had to buy a paddling pool from a local shop which cost 17 euros to be able to do a bath, as the shower temperature was too variable for washing a small baby. It didn’t bother us too much, just something to consider with a baby when booking your room. - the toilet soap dispenser contained a shower gel at the sink to wash hands. This should have been hand soap/anti bac for proper hand washing, so I bought one from the local supermarket. Shower gel isn’t sufficient. - there was quite a lot of unnecessary side and coffee tables in the living area. We actually moved some of them into the balcony for more room, given we had the cot. It was a bit overbearing for a smaller room. -As people have previously commented the lift situation is very busy. We noticed there were another set of lifts but not until the last day. I felt they weren’t clearly signposted, and I can’t be the only person if it’s a common issue. There was always a queue for them. They also open up right at the door of the pool entrance. So often people were bumping into each other. Especially with prams and wheelchairs. They were actually quite hazardous because they would shut abruptly even trying to hold them open. Which was quite daunting with a buggy myself. I seen a wheelchair user hit on the arm by the lift. - The hotel supermarket is astronomically priced for basic items, it is convenient. But I would avoid it. There are 2 supermarkets across the road easily walkable. - the food and drink in general is very overpriced in the pool bars and restaurant. - Nobody actually asked how our experience was on check out. Just took the room key. Got me to sign paper to say I had my deposit for the pool towels back and that was it. Positives: - The maid staff were all very kind and friendly. Often they would arrive when our baby was sleeping and would offer to come back kindly. They always left extra fresh towels for us. On one occasion we just asked for towels to be handed in, and left our trash outside the room and they tidied it for us kindly. - The view even from the Mountain View room was lovely of the hills and other apartments. - The service at the pool bar was very quick considering how busy a pool area it is. - The reception area and corridors were very clean and well maintained. - The hotel is situated at the far end of the town centre area. It is a 15 minute walk to the main stretch of bars and restaurants. Overall it wasn’t a horrendous experience, just not worthy of the 4 star rating, I’d say more a 3. Other than the noise level of the corridors. I’d say most things could be easily fixed for a better guest experience.
