This has to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in .. outstanding facilities , the food was great and the rooms really nice but the main attraction to this hotel was the Staff , polite wanted to help and always there for you nothing was to much trouble … thanks all loved the place

Great hotel! Med pool area and bar was so relaxing. Great service from Patri, Jose, Giovanni and especially from Mica who went above and beyond. Hope to be back again!

On a positive note, the cleaning teams throughout the property do a fantastic job, the place is absolutely spotless, and the building itself is lovely. Unfortunately, the standard of customer service is falling well short. ​The reception desk is regularly left unattended, and upon arrival, nobody offered to assist with our luggage, which really should be standard practice when checking into a duplex apartment. Restaurant service is equally lacking; we recently waited 5 to 7 minutes just to be seated and eventually had to walk to the kitchen ourselves to find a member of staff. The pool area is also disappointing, with staff failing to manage the issue of guests reserving sunbeds with towels for hours without actually using them. ​To top it off, avoid the hotel shuttle service, you are much better off walking. We took the bus yesterday from outside the property to the beach club and railway station. We chose to walk from the beach club, while another guest took the shuttle to the train station. It is a simple 5-10 minute walk down hill to beach club and 2 min further walk to station yet the shuttle trip took a staggering 45 minutes because the driver kept getting off for 10-minute rests at multiple stops. The other guest finally met us 15 minutes after we had already bought our train tickets. ​Compliments to the housekeeping staff for their hard work, but management seriously needs to address the attentiveness and efficiency of the rest of the team.

Bedroom was small and the bathroom was weirdly positioned offering little privacy. Bath was very strangely half in the bathroom and halfway in the bedroom. One door shared between the shower and toilet - very odd. Wardrobe was tiny and the door handle broken. No shelves or drawers anywhere for clot… more

One door shared between the shower and toilet - very odd. Wardrobe was tiny and the door handle broken. No shelves or drawers anywhere for clothing. Access to the infinity pool on the top floor was restricted. A sun-bed there cost 50 euros per day to hotel guests!! The shuttle to the beach takes half an hour to get there as it goes around the houses first. No where did they specify that the hotel is on an extremely steep hill. Almost impossible to walk up to it. The beach is a good 20 minute walk down. The restaurants on the beach were little more than fast food. Very disappointing. No. I would not return there. This hotel is meant to be 5 star. I think that only applies to the guests in the VIP tower. To all others - it’s barely a 4 star hotel
