The hotel is great value for money, very clean everywhere (although the pool surrounding tiles could do with a scrub), the housekeeping lady kept our room spotlessly clean. The food was varied and well presented and labelled and was kept at a reasonable temperature but there were microwaves available if you wanted to heat your food. The bar service was excellent and we never waited more than a minute to be served. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. The hotel caters for groups of golfers some of whom were rather noisy at times especially in the evening in the bars so if you like your peace and quiet then maybe this hotel is not for you, but that was the only negative I could find. The surrounding area is pretty quiet within walking distance but the beaches are beautiful. All in all the hotel ticked all the right boxes for my wife and I,a very nice hotel.

“Lovely hotel central to everything”

We were greeted by reception very politely and as we were early thought we wouldn’t get into our room but they gave us our keys and told us we can use all inclusive from 12, which was perfect we arrived 11.30! We were greeted by reception very politely and as we were early thought we wouldn’t get into our room but they gave us our keys and told us we can use all inclusive from 12, which was perfect we arrived 11.30! The rooms were lovely and airy the walls were very thin and you could here everything! But the rooms were cleaned to a good standard everyday! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff all very friendly! The food was good always something tasty to eat unless you are very fussy! Me and my friend had a lovely relaxing time for 9 nights and ate thinking already of returning next year! The one star less was the walls were so thin and we were getting next door banging on our wall at 9pm and we were just chatting! That was the only downfall

We were a group of friends celebrating a birthday. Booked this hotel due to being a reasonable price and did t really expect much. We stayed on a half board basis. On arrival check in was easy and our room was ready. Bonus as we were early and other people had to wait until 2pm. Our room was huge, x3 beds fitted easily and we had a large balcony. Room was very clean and tidy. Shower was wonderful and hot water was fab. Tv didn’t have English channels but we weren’t bothered as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Housekeeping was great and the room was cleaned everyday and beds made. Pool are opened at 10am a little late for our liking, people did queue but it wasn’t a frantic run for beds as there were plenty. We sat around the pool with the bar, very quiet a little too quiet for us, we felt it could have done with some music. As we were half board we had to pay for drinks, wine was very reasonable but fanta (pop) was on the more expensive side and so was spirits. We did think we should have maybe stayed all inclusive but weren’t given that option when booking, a lot of people were all inclusive in the hotel. We found the clientele were Spanish, French and English. A lot of older men on golf holidays but all friendly enough. If you are young and looking for lovely this is NOT the place for you. Catch the train or taxi down to Fuengirola where you will find sons livelier bars and sports. Food in the hotel was good a lot of choice. English bacon on offer in the mornings which was a nice touch. Waiting staff were hit and miss, younger male waiter was rude and abrupt as we removed some cutlery from another table as there wasn’t enough. He was not happy. We didn’t realise it would be such a problem. All in all we had glorious weather, a good nights sleep and were accommodated for.

Back for the 5th time. A few facts, Wi Fi is free regardless of what board you are on, free safe and fridge in room, fantastic air con. Bring a kettle if you want hot drinks in the room. An exceptionally clean hotel, with large rooms which have loads of storage space. This is a typical Spanish style hotel, quite old fashioned in style. It is very clean and offers great value. We have stayed in 6 other hotels on this stretch of coast, 5 of them 4* and the food in the Torreblanca this year is far better than any other. It has improved dramatically from our last visit. Good to see back bacon on the breakfast buffet, something we have not had in other hotels for many years. I'm not sure where the disappointed guests have stayed before but they really need to visit some of the larger 4 star establishments along this coast and they would then realise the food in this hotel is a far better standard, though I will admit it is often cold. The snacks on the AI are available all day from 10am until the pool bar closes around 7pm. They include, toasties, mini burger, fruit salad, seafood salad, nachos & cheese, potato salad , the variety changes but good choices are always available. Crisps and the best choice of ice creams I have seen anywhere are always available. Drinks are the usual local branded AI variety with a draught beer and various cocktails available on the AI. Barista style coffee is always available, on a recent visit to a large 4* hotel in Benelmadena this type of coffee was not available on the AI tariff. ( neither was the air con) The pool areas and gardens are a big plus at this hotel, sunbeds are well spaced out and were readily available throughout the day during May. The pool area and gardens open at 10am in accordance with the Spanish law, the pool attendant is on duty from 10am. There is a large outdoor seating area available throughout the day, including before and after the gardens and pool close. Hotel entertainment is not something we particularly watch it is the usual variety of singers, dancers etc and there was a magician one evening. Some of the acts are poor. The hotel is in an excellent location, the train station is directly at the back of the hotel, there are no noise issues. A short walk to the promenade which is at the quieter end of Fuengirola but still with shops and bars. We paid just over £2,000 for 2 weeks Al for 2 adults with Easy jet, that included, luggage, transfers and extra legroom for one passenger. Its a great value hotel offering good snacks, ice creams, free water for everyone at meal times, good quality and choice of food in comparison to many other hotels. AI usually cheaper when booked through a package holiday All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back.
