Back for the 5th time. A few facts, Wi Fi is free regardless of what board you are on, free safe and fridge in room, fantastic air con. Bring a kettle if you want hot drinks in the room. An exceptionally clean hotel, with large rooms which have loads of storage space. This is a typical Spanish style hotel, quite old fashioned in style. It is very clean and offers great value. We have stayed in 6 other hotels on this stretch of coast, 5 of them 4* and the food in the Torreblanca this year is far better than any other. It has improved dramatically from our last visit. Good to see back bacon on the breakfast buffet, something we have not had in other hotels for many years. I'm not sure where the disappointed guests have stayed before but they really need to visit some of the larger 4 star establishments along this coast and they would then realise the food in this hotel is a far better standard, though I will admit it is often cold. The snacks on the AI are available all day from 10am until the pool bar closes around 7pm. They include, toasties, mini burger, fruit salad, seafood salad, nachos & cheese, potato salad , the variety changes but good choices are always available. Crisps and the best choice of ice creams I have seen anywhere are always available. Drinks are the usual local branded AI variety with a draught beer and various cocktails available on the AI. Barista style coffee is always available, on a recent visit to a large 4* hotel in Benelmadena this type of coffee was not available on the AI tariff. ( neither was the air con) The pool areas and gardens are a big plus at this hotel, sunbeds are well spaced out and were readily available throughout the day during May. The pool area and gardens open at 10am in accordance with the Spanish law, the pool attendant is on duty from 10am. There is a large outdoor seating area available throughout the day, including before and after the gardens and pool close. Hotel entertainment is not something we particularly watch it is the usual variety of singers, dancers etc and there was a magician one evening. Some of the acts are poor. The hotel is in an excellent location, the train station is directly at the back of the hotel, there are no noise issues. A short walk to the promenade which is at the quieter end of Fuengirola but still with shops and bars. We paid just over £2,000 for 2 weeks Al for 2 adults with Easy jet, that included, luggage, transfers and extra legroom for one passenger. Its a great value hotel offering good snacks, ice creams, free water for everyone at meal times, good quality and choice of food in comparison to many other hotels. AI usually cheaper when booked through a package holiday All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back.

“Good hotel”

This is our second visit to this hotel, staff are friendly, food very nice, plenty of choice on the food, can't understand why people say the food is not very nice I would to love to know what they eat at home ? Drinks are good, take no notice of the bad reviews, some people want to get a life,

We stayed in this hotel for one week as we had family and friends staying close by for my brother in laws fiftieth birthday. The hotel was situated a short walk from the front and the local railway station was just behind the hotel (not that it caused any noise problems). The railway ran to Fuengirola and Malaga. The trains were clean and quite cheap. Our room was spacious and very clean. It was kept clean throughout our stay, kudos to the housekeeping staff, they were great. There was no coffee making facilities in the rooms but there was a safe and it was free. We do like to have a coffee when we get up. There was a fridge, so we had orange juice to get us going in the morning The bar staff were also great and friendly. There was the indoor bar which opened in the evenings and there was entertainment there every night. During the day you could get drinks and snacks from the swimming pool bar. We had breakfast every day in the hotel restaurant, I was able to get a full English every day. The quality was good. We only ate one lunch while there and two evening dinners, not because the food was bad, on the contrary it was good. The waiting staff were great and kept our tables clean. One gripe; you had to go to a little bar to get your drinks with your meals, not a problem, unless the young lady serving ignored you to serve fellow Spaniards, very annoying. Overall I would recommend this hotel, besides the one gripe it was an enjoyable stay.

Good value and very clean hotel. Sometimes people forget what they have paid when writing reviews. Some basic self caterering properties are more expensive than HB at this hotel. The hotel is very clean in all areas, its definitly not a "looker" from the outside but once inside it is fine. The rooms are spacious with loads of hanging space, air con has always worked well on all of our visits. Free fridge and safe in the room so bare that in mind when comparing prices with other hotels, bring a kettle if you want a hot drink in the room. We first came here before the rooms were upgraded and have been back several times as it's a good value, clean hotel in a great location. There is an incline up to the hotel but it's really not that bad, anyone with mobility issues might srtuggle. Lovely grassed sunbathing areas with beds that are not rammed together, two pools, one with activities in high season. Great transport links, the train station is just at the rear of hotel, no problems with noise levels, buses stop a short walk away. Transport is cheap and sometimes free on buses in early and late season. This hotel is at the quiter end of Fuengirola, there are still shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk away, on the promenade. The beaches are clean with gorgeous sand, Carvajel beach is beautiful and a flat walk away once on the promenade. The food is variable( in our opinion), we had a couple of nights that were poor during our last 14 night stay, some nights it was far better than others. It's not the worst food we have had and its not the best. We have had far worse food in two other 4 star hotels in Fuengirola. We always find lunch better than the evening meal, you can change from evening meal to lunch with no notice on any day, this is a great plus. Going back in 2026, because of the value, cleanliness, great air con and lawned areas for sunbathing. It is a typical Spanish style hotel, with Spanish decor, still uses white table cloths in the restaurant. We would rate it a good 3 star plus, but with excellent cleaning standards. All inclusive is usually cheaper when booked with the holiday package. We have always found the staff helpful and polite.
