This hotel was very good for a 2 star hotel it was everything we needed. Situated in the town of San Pedro this family owned hotel was very clean & very friendly. Hot water all day for shower. “Our favourite coffee stop in San Pedro”
I really like this small trendy cafe/hotel. It is obviously a family-run establishment and the ladies are really friendly. We always have breakfast and coffee here when we visit San Pedro Market on Thursday. Prices are very reasonable and I love the style of the Hotel.

“Coffee break after Market”

“Amazing family run hotel - truly outstanding”
Having spent 4 nights at the Hotel Avenida 31 I must say it is an amazing hotel that serve real Spanish hospitality. The modern bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms have great showers.
