The rooms are very spacious and finished in marble, the bathrooms are well equipped and we had a penthouse with a good balcony. They are a little sparse with only just enough furniture and too few coat hangers etc. These are minor points but the pool was closed when we stayed in early May which was a blow and is why I’ve marked them down. The place is really secure with locked gates, manned security gatehouse and really good locks on the individual apartment doors. All in all a nice spot, really clean and cool in the hot weather

We stayed at Mimosas Suites for 11 nights in December during our golf vacation in Andalusia. This is a complex of apartments with a pool and 24 hour security. We got a large penthouse with a huge terasse. Lot of space, including 3 bathrooms. A big open kitchen too even though poorly supplied with what you need for self catering. Heating is by air conditioning which can be a bit noisy if you leave it on during the night. In spite of a big place, there is only one bin in the apartment and, strangely enaugh (it is a luxury complex), I was told to put the domestic trash outside the complex in a big bin on the street. The apartment came with a parking place in the underground parking and this was very useful and easy to use (easy acces to and from the apartment). The complex has also a beautiful garden. It would have been great to have a sea view from the terasse but this is not possible because is a second line condominium. It takes however 3 minutes on foot to reach the beautiful paseo which leads you to Puerto Banus (2 km walking) or Marbella downtown (9 km walking). All in all, a good choice for nice beaches too.
