I’ve just finished my stay and overall I had a very enjoyable holiday. This is a solid 4-star all-inclusive resort with plenty to offer families. Food: The food is good enough for a 4-star hotel. While the selection could be a little bigger, the quality is very good, which is more important to me than having endless choices. Food Hall: This is probably the hotel’s biggest weakness. It really needs additional dining locations. The main food hall is extremely busy and eating in peace is almost impossible. It feels like walking through a very busy Primark, with people constantly moving around. For a resort of this size, I think it would benefit from having three or four separate dining areas to spread guests out. Pool Area: Excellent. The water slides are amazing with plenty of different options for both children and adults. Gavinon Park is only partially open at the moment, but all of the water slides are working, so there is still plenty to enjoy. Drinks & Bars: Excellent. They serve branded spirits, which is a big plus. Another great touch is that beer, wine and soft drinks are all self-service, so you never have to spend your holiday queuing just to grab a drink. The only thing missing is freshly made cocktails, as they currently come pre-made from a machine. If they introduced proper bartender-made cocktails, it would take the bar experience to another level. Rooms: The rooms are basic, but they have everything you need. I wouldn’t say they need anything more. I personally found the beds firm and very comfortable, although the pillows could definitely be improved. Staff: One of the hotel’s strongest points. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, there was plenty of security around the resort, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff are constantly clearing away empty glasses, plates and rubbish around the pool area, which keeps everything looking clean despite how busy the hotel gets. Animation Team: Outstanding. Habibi is an absolute star, and the entire animation team deserves huge credit. They work incredibly hard to keep guests entertained and create a fantastic atmosphere. A well-deserved 10/10. Overall, I would happily return. There are a few areas that could be improved—particularly the dining hall and the cocktails—but the excellent staff, fantastic pools, great entertainment team, and overall quality make this a hotel I would recommend for families looking for a fun all-inclusive holiday.
