We stayed at the hotel for a week on an all-inclusive basis as a group of six. The hotel was spotless, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming which made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant offered a huge choice of food with a buffet-style setup and a hot grill. Alonso in the restaurant was great fun and really made the experience more enjoyable. We’ve stayed at many all-inclusives over the years, but this has to be one of the best for both choice and quality — I even came home 4kg heavier! I really liked that the hotel attracts many Spanish guests and not too many loud fellow Brits, which gave it a more relaxed and authentic atmosphere. The swimming pool is massive and always kept clean. Our room was spacious, with a balcony — basic but very clean. The fridge was a little small, and there was no kettle, but housekeeping did a great job keeping the room spotless every day. All of us would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Not the best”

Having stayed in many 4* hotels I would say that this is more 3 star. We booked a double sea view room. There are no te-coffee making facilities in the room but you can hire a kettle for 25Euro’s… you literally get a kettle, had to go back down and ask for cups which have still not arrived. Having stayed in many 4* hotels I would say that this is more 3 star. We booked a double sea view room. There are no te-coffee making facilities in the room but you can hire a kettle for 25Euro’s… you literally get a kettle, had to go back down and ask for cups which have still not arrived. The difference between a suite which our friends got upgraded to is so different, we have been left feeling like second class citizens. We don’t have pool towels, and it’s only 2 bottles of water in your room so we are now off to buy some. Premium all inclusive as described this is not

“Long weekend break for friends.”

Room very basic very tired looking in fact the desk almost fell apart when a chair nudged it . Very noisy. Dreadful pillows. Food awful, cold, repetitive, too busy, no organisation of eating times. Room very basic very tired looking in fact the desk almost fell apart when a chair nudged it . Very noisy. Dreadful pillows. Food awful, cold, repetitive, too busy, no organisation of eating times. Pool toilets not very clean, some staff rude, some nice. Not a lot of English speaking, but I get that we are in Spain. But it was hard at times asking for things. No tea and coffee in room was disappointing. I had to hire a kettle and ask for cups on a daily basis. However, the pool was fabulous, big, good temperature. The sunbeds however need replacing, they are not cleaned or tidied at night and the pool area could do with more attention on the cleanliness.
