“Absolutely brilliant”
We were on holiday in Torremolinos already looking for a short break in June and booked this place. “Customer service”
I cannot comment on the hotel as I did not actually stay. I booked a non refundable stay on booking.com and due to circumstances had to cancel. I contacted the hotel and they confirmed within 30 minutes that the would cancel with no fee. Exceptional customer service

The villa/hostel is good for couples or single occupants. The decor is great so don’t be fooled by first appearances. We had a suite which was large and very clean. The staff we met where friendly. It's in a decent position around 20 minutes from the station.
