⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just spent the last 7 days at Hotel Condessa in Mallorca, and what a fantastic holiday it has been. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and its location on the breathtaking Playa de Muro is simply unbeatable. Waking up to those views every morning was a real privilege. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Daniel, the pool lifeguard, who was always friendly, approachable, and incredibly hardworking. He seemed to be doing three or four jobs at once while never compromising his responsibilities as a lifeguard. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His assistant Tommy was equally fantastic. They are both absolute stars and a real credit to the hotel. As an Executive Chef working in a Michelin-starred restaurant in London, I have high expectations when it comes to food. Chef Niccola at the pasta station deserves huge recognition. His pizzas are honestly some of the best I've had in a very long time, bringing back memories of the pizzas my Italian Nonna used to make for me as a child. The food throughout the hotel was consistently fresh, delicious, and full of variety. My daughters and I absolutely loved every meal. The only small suggestion I would make is to add more labels identifying the dishes on display, especially the traditional Mallorcan specialities. As a chef, I could recognise most of them, but my wife and daughter often had to ask me what they were. Better labelling would make the dining experience even better for everyone. A big thank you as well to my friend from Paraguay, Ivana, for preparing the most delicious omelettes every morning, to Álvaro for his excellent service in the restaurant, and to Manoel and Fina at the bar for always serving fantastic drinks with a smile. I would also like to say a huge thank you to the entire entertainment team for keeping my daughter happy every evening with the kids' disco and activities. A very special mention goes to JMIKE, who is an absolute superstar. His energy, enthusiasm and genuine kindness made every night so much fun. He even managed to get me up on stage to perform with him, creating one of the funniest and most memorable moments of our holiday! Thank you, JMIKE—you are simply the best! Thank you to everyone at Hotel Condessa for making our family holiday so memorable. We are already planning to come back next summer, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca.

Personally the hotel was too big for me, it was like dining in a cattle market and if you sleep in after 8 you will struggle to get a sunbed around the pool. The service wasnt great, however not bad either. The staff are there to serve you quickly but thats all. They weren't particularly friendly. The entertainment was your bog standard family hotel stuff, great if youve got kias. We didn't stay to watch it, however one night there was a Michael Jackson tribute act on. We had family staying in a near by hotel, my 10 year old nice is a massive mj fan, and really wanted to see him. When I asked the hotel reception if she could spend a couple of hours at the hotel to watch him it was no, we were all inclusive, but I explained we would obviously pay for her drinks etc. She was really upset. I wouldn't care, I thought i was doing the right thing by asking. They wouldn't have noticed had i not! Alcudia beach is unreal, thats where we spent our time during the day. Not a lot around on the night, we got the bus most nights further down in to the centre.of alcudia. I wouldnt stay again but still had a great holiday

Pros: Nice beach right in front of the hotel Kind staff Food available all day long (even when arriving after the midnight there was a snack prepared). Activities on the beach right in front of hotel (cruise tours, parasailing..) Cons: Go there if you like competition: - to have a sunbed at the pool (crazy, at 6am there had been already reserved places..). - to have a seat at the restaurant outside (terrace), not inside (not really nice restaurant). In general - busy hotel with a lot of children, screaming, laughing, shouting.. What was super crazy - there was the smell of sth burning in front the restaurant everyday (super annoying while you want to lay on sunbed). Surprisingly low understanding of english language by almost all staff (i was annoyed at the end of holiday already, because you have to repeat everything three times to get the answer or what you ordered). We were lucky, having the room, officially with side seaview, but in reality, we had a front seaview of the balcony (nice benefit, but only because we had first room in the row). All in all, not bad holiday, but week ago I was at Fuerteventura Iberostar selection and ranking it much higher.
