“Fantastic family holiday!”

Really, really pleasant trip! We were looked after so well throughout by Ricardo, Hamza and all of the team! Great fun, no stress, I can’t find any fault with our stay!

We are just finished our 2 week family holiday here. This place has everything, every member of staff are excellent and work so hard. The complex itself caters for everyone, our kids enjoyed all the pools, and the entertainment every night really made the holiday for our little ones. The barstaff in the sea lounge every night were excellent also. Big shout out to Ricardo also at the pool bar, always good for a bit of fun with everyone around the bar. We would definitely return for another family holiday. Well done Seaclub.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Family Holiday! We had a wonderful stay at Seaclub Mediterranean Alcudia and would highly recommend it to families. The hotel has a fantastic family-friendly atmosphere, with plenty of activities to keep children entertained throughout the day. Our kids absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave! A special thank you to the kids' entertainment team, who were amazing. They were full of energy, friendly, and made every activity fun and engaging. They did a fantastic job helping the children make new friends and create wonderful holiday memories. The facilities were excellent, and everything was kept spotless. We'd also like to give a special mention to Marga from the housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job. Our room was always impeccably clean, and her hard work and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Thank you to all the staff for making our family holiday so memorable. We will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend Seaclub Mediterranean Alcudia to other families looking for a great holiday.

Great stay with our family (2 adults & 2 kids) for 7 days at Sea Club Alcudia, first time we've been and really enjoyed it. Would definitely go back. The complex itself it's absolutely fantastic, it's a collection of small villas spread across different pools. We requested a bottom floor room & we're right beside the pool for easy access each day which made our holiday easier having 2 small children. The grounds are lovely with trees, green spaces and parks. Probably the best complex we have been to in the last 4-5 years easily. The staff are just amazing, their energy and enthusiasm is a stand out, they go out their way to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. There are a few special mentions in the comments but I thought everyone was consistently great. The entertainment team were everywhere and put on great shows at night. The hospitality staff were friendly and attentive. The reception staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. The swimming pools are absolutely fantastically thought through, we had a kids shallower pool which meant we didn't have to keep checking on our 3 year old daughter, the depth went up to her neck (deepest). I've never stayed at another hotel with this, honestly such a difference and nice touch. That itself would make us come back again. There's also an adult pools if you want a swim too. There is a fun splash park as well which was a different thing for the kids, again well thought through. There wasn't a mad rush for sun beds either, the hotel I think has a no reserving policy but it was quite relaxed, you could also go to different pools to change it up, which was nice. We initially went for half board but upgraded to all inclusive, as the individual items are quite expensive and all inclusive is good value for money at 32 euros per adult a day. For example lunch options are about 15-20 each and a drink is about 5 so you didn't have to have much more to get the value. However the all inclusive rules are a bit strange at times - at lunch you had to have the food at the pool bar couldn't take it to your sunbed whereas non all inclusive customers could take food away. I've seen feedback from hotel on trip advisor that this is to offer a more "personalized service" but eating where you prefer is actually more personalized in my opinion, so I think they may want to review that policy in future. It just didn't make sense. The pool side bars for food were quite a contrast. The larger pool side bar in the middle was great and had fantastic food and drinks. The two guys serving we're honestly brilliant, made you feel totally relaxed and had a good laugh through working. It also opened at 10 which meant you could get coffee or whatever after breakfast. The food options were good and the quality of food was brilliant, the food here is the best in the entire place. We had salads / burgers / wraps and Everytime excellent. However the pool bar at block A was a really big contrast in quality and service. Firstly it didn't open until 1130 and shut at 5. If you finished breakfast at 930 there was a huge wait to get a drink. It was also really under staffed at times, 5-6 tables being served by one worker and clearly it was very slow despite their best efforts, why have one worker on in peak summer season?? I would just ask for the hotel to have same quality and hours across all their pool bars. The buffet was okay, it was very clean all the time and the staff were very friendly. They always had high chairs available and it was spacious. They cleared plates away regularly and swept up, really nice. The food itself was a bit bizarre at times, they could just do with simplifying the items I think rather than over complicating them. The options for children were a bit limited as well, either pizza or chicken nuggets basically, they should cater much more for children and make adult section simpler. We only had one major complaint really, On the last night there was a power cut so the buffet effectively couldn't serve warm food and This meant we couldn't have a hot evening meal on the last night, I would expect a small refund from our price we paid to be honest as all evening meals are priced in the total package. Despite that, Overall, this is a great hotel for a fab complex and the staff are amazing. It has a few issues (as does every hotel btw) but the good by far outweighs the bad. Definitely recommend visiting. It has the potential to be absolutely amazing.
