The apartments were basic but clean. There was no air conditioning but an effective ceiling fan and a portable fan was provided. The cooking facilities were limited to a microwave and 2 hotplates but as were were not planning to cook this was not an issue. The towels were changed twice and linens once during the week. The gardens and pool were immaculate. We never had a issue with finding a sunbed as there were plenty available and other guests were respectful about not reserving them. The bar staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. the bar does shut promptly at 12 but they do provide paper cups to allow you to finish your drink elsewhere. The beach is really close to the apartments, about 5 minutes. A mini-mart about 7 mins and the town is about 20 mins walking.

Stayed in May 2026 with my wife and 6yr old. As the accommodation is marked as a 2 Star I feared the worst, but couldn’t have been more surprised at the cleanliness and attention to detail shown around the complex. Set in a good location, around 20 minutes walk to the nearest highlife and around 5 minutes walk to the supermarket. A 10 minute taxi gets you into Ciutadella which is beautiful and a must- visit. Hotel rooms are basic with old furniture but the bed and pull-out bed were both comfortable and all appliances worked well. Rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard. Pool area is also jetwashed daily and the pool is regularly cleaned and ph checked. Even the trees and gardens around the complex are manicured to perfection - they really do look after the place. All the staff, from reception, to restaurant, to cleaners were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. The food at the pool bar/restaurant was better than anything we had at local restaurants that week. Reasonably priced too. Lovely atmosphere around the pool and lots of space to sunbathe. Minor downsides: 1. No air con in the rooms but there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a portable fan in the living room, which were adequate for comfortable sleep. 2. Wifi is limited in the rooms but much better around the pool area. 3. (Very minor) Reception was closed when we checked out so I didn’t get my €20 deposit back for the room safe. I have emailed the hotel but received no reply. An in all we absolutely loved our week here and will definitely go back again.

Recently returned. Good and bad - rooms basic but very clean. Had fresh towels 3 times and linen changed once, however with no aircon it was very uncomfortable there are fans but with night time temp still high twenties it was very warm and hard to sleep. THe pool was good. We had water guns and inflatables and not told off !! We stayed B&B I presumed it would be a buffet style however you had to,pick from a menu I was disappointed but to be honest the food was lovely and good quality the evening meals were also very nice and reasonably priced. Excellent staff My main moan would be the area. Yes the beach is a 2 minuets walk and there are 3 eating places on the beach 2 were good not keen on one due to mainly fish on menu but ok for drinks. The pirate bar was very nice and chilled atmosphere.The supermarket is about 10 mins away but if you want more eateries and shops it’s a 15/20 min walk into a very very run down area there was 3 trinket shops a supermarket and about 5 or 6 places to eat . My son went in the evening and it was very quiet. I feel,the description on jet2 and google for this area is very misleading it was probably as described before Covid but now it’s a very in my option sad and depressing street with numerous bars and shops boarded up. So in my option if you want to spend time at the pool this place is great staff extremely pleasant however if you to moochie about in shops and cafes etc definitely not the place to book.

“Lovely hotel, shame about the pool.”

We travelled may school holidays, last min booking. Now the hotel itself is clean, basic but very clean. No complaints here. We booked the hotel with the thoughts thats its a child friendly hotel, which it is apart from the pool area. The pool itself, perfect! Loads of space, sun beds and very clean. However the life guard wants to work in a 5* adults only hotel. "No floats" "no jumping" "no balls". He seemed to make the rules up as he went along. Many people during our stay complained as it was 90% families with children who were bored as they weren't allowed to do anything. We are not the type of parents who would allow our children to make a nuisance. We watch them like hawks, especially in water and around other people. This made a cheap last min getaway more expensive as we had to pay into the water park a good few times to keep the kids entertained. Personally, we wouldn't go back on this basis.
