We stayed here 4 nights 7-11th June. I had been reading the reviews before travelling and some made me consider changing hotel really pleased we did not as have to say this is a really lovely hotel with exceptional service from reception staff which made the stay. On arrival Daniel was super friendly carrying our cases upstairs as no lifts he really made effort and the main lady on reception is really helpful and so busy but always made time for a hello. With the exception of the male staff member serving the omlettes each morning we found all staff at this hotel were exceptional and extremely friendly Food was pretty average saying this I’m picky and always found something for every meal we were all inclusive the upgrade was worth cost we paid as included all drinks we wanted Snacks very poor only a toastie we could eat said hamburgers every day but we’re never there? Found cocktails fine the included were machine made but can pay 3 euros to have hand made. Pina coladas very nice Hotel is very clean the cleaners always at work we had no issue with cleanliness our towels changed daily Views from hotel are just amazing There’s a ting ting train stop right outside the reception Beach is 6 mins walk (Cala d’es Pou), Es Forti 10 mins walk , Marina 20 mins walk Cala egos centre 10 min walk. Entertainment not for us but included what was on. The entertainment team came around pools with fruit daily Pools are beautiful 3 in total ones adult only

location to beach is bit of a walk especially if you have young children - shops are a good 6/7 minutes walk hope you find the cut through by the snack bar as we only found it a few days before leaving - snack bar was a little bit of a let down only open from 11.00 till 12.30 for late breakfast and… more

location to beach is bit of a walk especially if you have young children - shops are a good 6/7 minutes walk hope you find the cut through by the snack bar as we only found it a few days before leaving - snack bar was a little bit of a let down only open from 11.00 till 12.30 for late breakfast and again at 4.00 till 5.30 not open for snacks at lunch time eg burgers hot dogs etc for people who do not want to eat in the restaurant- atmosphere was good-room was lovely nice and big we had a suite with sea view you can not fault the views they are amazing !!!room was very clean -no noise after 11 oclock and the entertainment apart from a couple of nights was very good- overall we had a lovely holiday and would go back

Firsty good points, fabulous views, pools superb, pool bar great if your at main pool. Entertainment good and team work hard, Brian was great. Bad points on arrival we were allocated ground floor room even though we asked for high floor however 2 days later we were offered a higher floor room but we stayed in ground floor room due to access to pool area in block A and we had unpacked. Had a few cockroaches in the room and patio had ants. Room smelt damp everyday which is why the room had a portable dehumidifier in the room which I emptied twice a day, some parts of the room need an update like mirrors, sink plugs and a brush on the bottom of the door may prevent cockroach entry as theres a big gap at the bottom where they get in. Room service good and great to have a free safe. No bar at adult pool area, should put one there instead had to walk around building to get a drink. Food- breakfast tasteless, if offering british breakfast get better ingredients..went to Tony's in town 4 days out of 7. Good selection of lunch and evening meals. The snack bar needs a serious relocation and refurb, stuck under trees with pigeon poo all over tables together with ants not very appealing. Great thing on check out is you get to keep using the all inclusive until you leave. Overall with what I've said the main draw for this hotel is the views and beautiful pools. Would i go back....possibly

“Generally nice hotel”

Staff are generally helpful and nice. We had an issue with the hotel water that was not resolved until our last day. The food is ok, the pool area is nice with plenty of beds. We were put on the 3rd floor, there are no lifts and we both struggled at times to get up to the top especially with cases … more

Staff are generally helpful and nice. We had an issue with the hotel water that was not resolved until our last day. The food is ok, the pool area is nice with plenty of beds. We were put on the 3rd floor, there are no lifts and we both struggled at times to get up to the top especially with cases etc. There was only one bar area foe day/evening and sometimes the queues were quite long but overall a nice hotel.
