We have just returned from a lovely week at Sentido Tucan and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went away with one goal – to do absolutely nothing except relax – and that’s exactly what we did. We spent our days lying in the sun, unwinding, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Marie, the entertainer, was around most days and is full of enthusiasm and cheer. We didn’t catch the lifeguard’s name, but he was a lovely lad who always made the effort to say good morning. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless. The pool area was always clean and well maintained, and the background music was relaxing and never intrusive. The only area where we felt standards didn’t quite match the rest of the hotel was the room cleaning. Beds were made and bins emptied when housekeeping came in, but not much beyond that, and our bed sheets were not changed during our stay. Breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of choice and the dining area felt calm and relaxed. We genuinely couldn’t fault it. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment and often watched it from our balcony, which suited us perfectly. The location is ideal. There’s a Spar directly opposite for anything you might need, with restaurants and the beach right on the doorstep. The marina is around a 10–15 minute walk away and was lovely for an evening stroll, admiring the yachts and wondering what their owners do for a living! We ate several times at Marfils Restaurant, opposite the Spar. I believe it has been there for many years and it certainly feels traditional, friendly and authentic. The food was always fresh and the atmosphere was lovely. We’re not really into the TikTok-famous places and much preferred the smaller, more intimate restaurants. We hired the Bali beds four times – well, technically three, as we won one in the music quiz! At €25, including a glass of cava each (which we happily swapped for a lager and a latte), they were excellent value and definitely worth it. As with most hotels these days, some guests reserved sunbeds with towels for hours at a time, but that’s hardly unique to this hotel. We stayed bed and breakfast, and if we returned, we probably wouldn’t go all-inclusive. Bottled water isn’t included, nor are many spirits and cocktails, with a lot drinks available at only a reduced price rather than fully included. We rarely return to the same place twice, but we’re genuinely considering coming back. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we’ve had in years and exactly what we needed. Thank you, Sentido Tucan, for helping two knackered nurses recharge their batteries!

Memorable 10days spent at the Tucan Fido in May 2026....everywhere was so clean & comfortable...nothing is too much trouble for all the staff from the Reception, the Bar staff, the Restaurant chefs, waiting staff, and the cleaners ... they're all very hardworking, welcoming & reliable. The entertainment was fantastic this year too....brilliant atmosphere every night... absolutely one of the best value for money hotels in Cala D'or.....cannot wait for next year ....

Lovely hotel in great location. Only thing I didn't like was bed linen and beds were old. The evening entertainment was patchy. Screeching singers with a backing track, would have liked more variety. Dinner was unappealing and most ate out. Breakfast was good although I don't like too much … more

Dinner was unappealing and most ate out. Breakfast was good although I don't like too much food being left out. Lunch in the cafe is better. I'd definitely go back.
