“Perfect chilled holiday”

This is our 2nd time here, and it's still as good as the 1st time we came. The staff are so lovely and work very hard to make your stay perfect. We had room 118 on the ground floor, and it was fab, lovely views of the pool area and the gorgeous pink flowers. The pool area is kept clean, and you can always get a sun bed. The pool is a good size and a great way to cool down! There is plenty of choice for breakfast, and the lunches at the pool bar are very tasty. I had a full body massage whilst here, and it was the best massage I've ever had! Location is fab with the beach a 2 minute walk, I highly recommend a swim in the gorgeous water there. It does get busy but so worth it. Lots of restaurants nearby, Thai Garden is by far the best, avoid Sensa on the beach as its expensive for very little food and poor service. If you want a chilled out holiday, then this is definitely the place for you!

2nd year in a row to visit this beautiful Island and Hotel. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Cal'n Bosch harbour, and its lovely beach. The rooms are clean and of a good size ,we had a lovely corner room with pool view. The little kitchenette is only really suitable for basic food, ie preparing a sandwich, as little equipment but enough for our needs and in the hot weather having access to cold drinks from a fridge is really useful. We were on half board, with plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner, with items such as omelettes for breakfast and choice of fish or meat cooked to order. Always attentive friendly service particulary from Cynthia, Antonio and Jesus. The hotel pool is a good size , clean and just as importantly we were always able to get a sunlounger and parasol. The Spa is lovely , often having the pool to myself, unfortunately the steam and salt rooms were out of order. Overal a great choice and are about to book a return visit.

“Fabulous Hotel”

This hotel is fabulous, all the staff across the workforce are exceptional. We had the Bed & Breakfast option which was perfect for us and would often have lunch at the lovely pool side bar. This hotel is fabulous, all the staff across the workforce are exceptional. We had the Bed & Breakfast option which was perfect for us and would often have lunch at the lovely pool side bar. We found the food, the room and the staff excellent and will certainly be returning. There are so many lovely restaurants around the marina that are not expensive. If your looking for an stressless chill in a fabulous hotel in a lovely location , people watching in the lovely marina bars then try this hotel.

The first thing to say is that the staff were all friendly, helpful, efficient and work very hard. The hotel was great, it was generally quiet and relaxed apart from the constant scraping of furniture from other rooms, something that could easily be solved with soft pads under furniture. There was some entertainment a couple of times during the week but was finished by 10.30/11pm and not very loud so not disturbing. The pool was lovely and clean and the best part was that there were never any sunbed wars, so no need to rush out early morning! You can have a lie in, a leisurely breakfast before heading down to the pool late morning. There were always sunbeds available all day. We were half board and the food was ok, not amazing but ok and it was never too busy in the restaurant so didn't feel like a canteen like in some hotels. The room was good, a spacious bedroom with 2 single sofa beds in the lounge. The only downsides were the constant smell of cigarettes in the room for the first part of our stay, coming from the room next door, (despite the hotel supposed to be non-smoking) and the fact that the shower head was really high up and not adjustable for small people! Also, a minor thing, there was no freezer compartment in the fridge which would have been handy. It was a short 5 min walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby, one next door and one just a few mins walk away. I would recommend if you are looking for a quiet, relaxed hotel. There is no kids club or loud entertainment so if this is what you are looking for, then this hotel isn't for you!
