2nd year at this resort and gets better each time. Amazing facilities and the pools are fantastic. My nieces especially love the slides. All the staff are amazing too but have to give a special shoutout to the entertainment team. Iván,Antonio (who were also there last year) and Ruth deserve a special mention as they were fantastic. But the one standout for sure was Julia who has such an energetic and friendly personality you can’t help but get along with her and get involved in all the activities she is doing. She spent time with us as a family chatting and would always make time to spend with the girls. I can’t speak highly enough of how much she made this holiday for us all. Can’t wait to return again and hopefully see as many of the staff back as possible when we do.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. All areas clean, plenty of food to choose from and friendly staff. Entertainment team were great and really got everyone involved. The pools are very deep but for us that wasn’t a problem. Plenty of sunbeds available through the day. Shop on site is really reasonably priced for inflatables, googles or whatever else you may need. Stayed for 10 days and could not fault it 😊

We’ve just came back from a Great holiday with family and friends we had two young children 2 & 3 lots for them to do. Location is great 3 minute walk from a nice beach and a few restaurants and about 6 minutes to the marina which has a great atmosphere. Entertainment was amazing throughout the day as you’d expect On a family holiday. Staff and service absolutely fine Rooms were fine all you need nice and clean. The only massive change needed in the hotel is air conditioning in the food hall and entertainment room. The fans just don’t cool the rooms down way too hot! The food was ok breakfast worst out the three meals but the other two had no faults. Great variety we stayed 11 nights obviously things get repetitive but that’s what happens in an all inclusive. Great value but definitely take fans with you on a night

Just spent a week here and am very pleased with how well my daughter, who has a food allergy, was able to find plenty of food and snacks and how the staff never seemed annoyed no matter how many times I asked them to check the labels in the kitchen. This is one of the most important things in a holiday so I was very happy with how they handled the allergy. The food in general was very good. Always plenty to choose from but for us, the snack bar was the best we’d seen and we’ve been to quite a few now. We were surprised to overhear someone say it was the worst they’d seen but I guess that shows how different we all are and how you can’t please everyone. But from 11-6 you have a variety of fruits, breads, pastries, cheese, meats, salad bits and then hot food like chips hotdogs burgers chicken and pizza. There’s also huge bowls of sweets and crisps to take from. The only thing that let the snack bar down is no ice cream on the all inclusive. You can buy some cornetto/oreo icecreams for 3.50euros but that would soon add up if you’re buying to multiple kids every day. The alcohol was hit and miss for us. My partner liked the beers and said spirits were good measures whereas I thought the cocktails were not very nice and just too cheap tasting. The cleaner came every day so no complaints with the cleanliness in the hotel or rooms and we just hung out the no cleaning sign when we wanted a lie in and the cleaner wouldn’t disturb us then. The worst thing about the hotel, for us, is that we had a room on the third floor. With no lifts and 30+ degrees every day it was a struggle and I felt really sorry for my partner having to take three heavy cases up the stairs on the first day in scorching heat with no lifts and no offer of help from staff. So if you have any mobility issues or simply can’t do stairs in the heat then ask for a lower floor. The pool area is great and the slides fun for all ages but it’s very deep and previous reviews are correct that people leave towels on the best loungers under the very few umbrella areas and then don’t come back for most of the day so if you aren’t first down you get no shade but a good view of the empty loungers that people hog without even using. There really aren’t enough umbrellas at the pool area but some areas have trees at least. For us the location was boring. There are no bars along the street the hotel is on but it is a short walk to the marina which has a few bars and restaurants. I was expecting a lot more of a buzz as the reviews for this area are always great but we thought there just wasn’t a buzz at all. Really more suitable for couples looking for a chilled night out. We’ve been to other resorts in Menorca where most bars had trampolines and bouncy castles so thought we’d see that here but there’s none. It’s definitely not a resort that you can keep preteens/teens busy in other than going to the waterpark which is a great few hours out but one of the smallest we’ve ever been to. Overall the hotel is good value, has good food, great snacks, good entertainment and nice staff so we did enjoy our time here but the area is just too quiet for any sort of evening out for families.
