Our 2nd stay at Sol Falcó and it didn’t disappoint. The location of the hotel with its proximity to 2 beach’s is amazing, The food is really good with lots of choice and always fresh with great kids selection. All the staff are warm and friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay as nice as possible. We made great friends with most of the entertainment team and they were amazing with our 9 year old boy going out of their way to put extra games on they knew he enjoyed etc. Special mention to Juan Carlos, Antonio, Aitor and Ivan who we knew from the previous year and Giulio and Loan who are a superb addition to the team, both really fun and positive with the children. We will definitely return next year!!

Our return trip after a first visit last year. The reason for our return was the high quality entertainment and we were not disapppinted. The range of activities is great, we loved aqua gym, pool party, magic carpet, darts, water basket, water polo. The kids disco was great and not too repetitive with same songs evey night like other places we have been. The Greatest Showman was brilliant and my son loved the kids being on stage dancing at the end....a real party atnosphere. The thing that really stands out though is the manner of the entertainment staff; they interact with guests with warmth, sincerity and kindness and this is led by Juan Carlos who models these values everyday. Antonio, Luon and Giulio were exceptional at the afternoon dance activites and went above and beyond to include my son, who absolutely loved the sessions. We had a LOT of fun playing some of the water sports and darts with Ivan and we LOVED Aitor's dance moves at the pool dance and aqua gym. The food standard was lower than last year but there was still enough options fot us, albeit not too hot, as others have said. The hotel is very clean and tidy and well maintained. We didnt mind the token system for drinks. The life guards are brilliant and have a good balance for safety vigilance and also fun and smiles with guests. We all loved the pools and especially the slides. Location is perfect with a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach and we enjoyed kayaking along the coves. We were very very sad to leave and will definately be back! Thank you to the entertainment team for creating such happy memories!

We have just returned from a family holiday with our four year old grandson. We arrived at 22.30pm and check in took over one hour with only one member of staff checking in over 20 people, which for a very tired four year old was not good. The positive of the late check in was that there was food available for us which was unexpected. We asked for two rooms together which they did accommodate us with an adjoining door to the two rooms. The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed every other day. We were all inclusive and the food was of good quality with a wide selection each day. Alcholic drinks were available throughout the day but the bar area did not provide glass so all drinks were in recyclable cups which wasn't ideal for an evening when you wanted a glass of wine. The facilities were very good and had a good selection of pools and splash area. Overall we had a lovely holiday, however certain areas could be improved to make it better.

Family of 4 visiting hotel in May. Family rooms are downstairs on ground floor. These rooms have a small outside area out the patio doors. This area isn't gated off, fine if kids are older but for young kids they could easily get access to the pools. No shelter from sun (or for us in May it was rain) in outside area as there is no balcony above. Family rooms have adjoining doors which can link two rooms together for bigger parties. This made our room very noisy, we could hear every word the family next door said. Rooms are very basic and quite dated. The pools were good for older kids, the slides are great. Pools are deep though. We saw the lifeguard jump in at least once every day! Baby pool is very small, it's just a wee paddling pool. Breakfast and lunch was always nice. Dinner was very repeptitive, no theme nights. We ate out four nights of the week as we were eating the same lunch and dinner most days. Staff in restaurant were always nice. All inclusive snacks during the day were fine, crisps, fruit, sweeties and usually burgers or chips. Mini disco was good, our three year old loved it. The indoor bar area where the entertainment is was really busy at night. We had dinner quite early so always got a table, but there were families standing by 9/10pm. Some nights only one barman so bar queues were very long. The all inclusive drinks system is ridiculous here, you are issued tokens when you arrive. Using these to pay for a drink, you then need to queue again to redeem your token back when you return your glass! Small playpark which the wee one loved. Indoor kids playroom is very small with nothing in it. Location is good, the beach and entrance to the marina is about ten / fifteen minute walk away. The marina is gorgeous with lots of restaurants to choose from. Small supermarket out the back which was handy.
