“hotel not totally ready”
checking into the hotel was dreadful. three members of staff watching one member of staff do the actual check in. it took 20 minutes to get passports scanned and wrist bands allocated, i was only half board , never been tagged for just half board before . advertised check in time was 2pm but was to… more
