Great location, great food with a wide range of choices, very clean and very helpful, friendly staff. Myself and my son stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment by the quieter pool. The apartment was very spacious and was kept very clean. I would happily go back to this resort and the hotel. There was only 1 issue with the apartment and I was going to ask to be moved but my teenage kid didn't want me to make a fuss. We were on the ground floor and there was an apartment above us. They had a separate entrance but there was only a locked door between us and their entrance and the stairs to their apartment. I found it very intrusive, as it sounded as if someone was in your room. So much so that qhena cleaner called out 1 morning I replied and then realised she was behind the door in the stairwell. Maybe the hotel will eventually build a wall but I felt very uncomfortable with just a dorr. It wasn't so much security, it just felt very intrusive. Other than that the hotel was lovely but if we went again I would ask for a top floor

Stayed in a 2 bed apartment on the main road at the front - we didn’t like the look of the main road at first but was very quiet and had sunloungers on the grassy area for our apartment so on hindsight if we would return we liked this location and would ask for again. The apartment was perfect for us - 3 adults with a 3 year old and baby and we came back to make our own lunch in the kitchen every day to be in the aircon and escape the heat for the kids. The beach is beautiful but very busy. Our 3 year old loved the pool - kids pool was perfect for paddling and even the main pool had a gradient and ramp in so was excellent. Never too much trouble to get a sunbed but did struggle a couple of times regarding a parasol but people tended to help and move over so we could use theirs once they saw we had the baby. We were half board and although we intended to eat out for many evenings we didn’t because the food was so good at the hotel. Lots of variety, great temperature and always lots of Spanish dishes. The hotel restaurant and many common areas are very dated and could do with reservations really though. We also loved the nightly entertainment and also the toboggan restaurant with pool and play area over the road is perfect if u have kids. We would certainly return again.

Booked a standard room after reading reviews as we wanted a balcony to sit on.We got a quite large room on the side with a Juliet balcony which I didn't like (Juliet balcony) as we was unable to sit outside & it was too hot to open the doors & let the extreme heat in, the room was fine in all other areas, except the shower which was awful, very slow pressure & it dribbled out. The mattress was very springy & cheap . The hotel is lovely & clean. The food was delicious, the best we've had in a long time, & it was hot. Well done to the chefs in the main restaurant, the goulash & stroganoffs were delicious, we had lunch at the snack bar one day & it was not good, even sent it back as it was cold in the middle, people was also waiting a long time for their meals. The pool area opens at 9am , the same people waiting for there chosen beds most days! We always got a sunbed after breakfast but there's a big shortage of parasols, so much so that we went to the beach most days because of this reason which is quite costly if doing it most days. The beach is absolutely beautiful, my favourite in Menorca. Entertainment is outside but is only on for an hour between 9 & 9.30. Some was ok , but there's not much else in the resort at night if your not eating out. We would return, but maybe choose an apartment next time so we would have a balcony to sit on as we really missed this. The staff were friendly & helpful.
