Location: This holiday complex overlooks the Bay of Cala Mesquida (about 600 m away) and is situated directly beside the paradisiacal nature protection area, Parque de Llevant. The closest resort, Capdepera, is about 5 km away and the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada and its many shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs in 7 km from the complex. Regular bus services run to the aforementioned and various other destinations (bus stop located directly in front of the hotel).
Meals: The apartment hotel includes a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (non-smoking, à la carte and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. “Excellent family-focused hotel, but insufficient aircon”

“Great Holiday with grandchildren.”
Once again we have had a really great holiday with our grandsons at this hotel, this is our third year here and it will not be our last. Can’t fault the hotel for anything. My wife and I are very fortunate to going back to the Viva suites adults only in Mesquida for our sixth year.

“Nice”
Great hotel with nice rooms and good food. There were also fun activities for teenagers. The person in charge of the activities, Brian, made it easy to join the activities and meet new friends — very fun guy aswell.
