We had a magnificent stay at Cala bona suites, staff are excellent and mix with customers on a daily basis, the staff are so helpful with information and they pass on to everyone, this is great for all visitors to have and is very much appreciated. Reception team give a fantastic welcome to customers and I am sure everyone will feel the same way we do, Casey passed on all information to us and she is fantastic at looking after the customer, The bar and restaurant teams are brilliant and always very helpful to everyone, the kitchen staff are very good and once again are very helpful. On our two week stay we were very well looked after by the maids that had our room spotless everyday and they were so pleasant. At the bar and restaurant the staff Manolo, Lorraine, Elizabeth, Saray, Maurilio and Claudia were always on hand to help us all enjoy our meals and refreshments, all in all the staff throughout the hotel is very friendly and on hand to help when needed Many Thanks for a brilliant holiday Gavin and Katrina 😁😁

“Great Location, wonderful food exceptional staff”

Located one road back from the beach with an easy cut through a park, this hotel feels and looks new with a wonderful atmosphere. Located one road back from the beach with an easy cut through a park, this hotel feels and looks new with a wonderful atmosphere. Its small, quiet but adult only feel where the staff cannot do enough for you and make you feel very special. Im rating this excellent as from day one the place is clean, well cared for, located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy walk to everything. Opposite the hotel is the main bus stop for everything. Food is small in range but amazing quality, deserts are exceptional fine dinning feel. Cocktails are all hand made with mimosa on the menu for AI as well! Round the pool at 9am there were loads of beds left, good mix of shade and sunny areas. I would not recommend at all for families but highly recommned for adults and couples. I liked it so much im going back in August. There was no noise from neighbouring hotels and there is an indoor pool and spa area which we didnt usue but was open if we wanted it.

We recently stayed at Globales in Cala Bona and overall had a pleasant experience, although there were some positives and negatives worth mentioning. The standout feature of this hotel is the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were also excellent—spacious, modern, very clean, and well maintained throughout our stay. The location is another strong point, being just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, bars, and local shops, making it easy to explore Cala Bona without needing transport. On the downside, the hotel lacked atmosphere during our stay. There was very little entertainment available, and what was offered was quite limited. Families with young children may find there isn’t enough to keep kids entertained, so I wouldn’t describe it as an ideal family-focused hotel. The food was average. There was enough variety to find something to eat, but it wasn’t particularly memorable. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the all-inclusive package, especially given the number of nearby restaurants and cafés within walking distance. One thing to be aware of is that the room safe comes at an additional cost of around €70 for a week’s stay, which felt quite expensive. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location with excellent staff, this is a solid choice. However, if you’re seeking lively entertainment, a vibrant atmosphere, or plenty of activities for children, you may want to consider other options.

The hotel had a great location, just a street from the seafront, and the staff were polite. However, the half-board arrangement was disappointing—you had to pay extra for any drinks at dinner, only water was included with half-board!. The whole complicated classist wristband system is a joke and the hotel should reassess and put the guest's enjoyment first, not upsell them a beverage with their dinner. The single lift (in the whole place) was slow and small, making it hard for those with mobility issues—especially when it was out of service. Twice we were told we would have to wait to go up to our room while they waited for an engineer. Other things we didn't like: no poolside toilet, signs were an afterthought, and an incident where room upgrades were given when we arrived and then taken away in front of us because it was an error. It’s a fairly friendly place but could use modernization. Overall, it’s not the best value for money, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
