I really loved our stay here. The best thing was the location. It is next to a nature reserve which had some fun walks (either short to the beach or beyond) and there was not much noise from other hotels. The hotel is right by the beach which is amazingly convenient, especially with kids. It is at the quiet and slightly more rocky and rugged end of the beach. You have to walk a little bit towards the main town to get away from the rocks, which is not a problem. Close to the hotel there was a bar with mini golf and a ranch with pony riding which was perfect for kids of all ages. The hotel itself had a very relaxed and family friendly vibe. It was clean and bright and all the staff were very friendly. The outside pool was cold and the inside pool was a little small but great to have on a cold or wet day. Some of the entertainment was a bit repetitive (the clown and magician were excellent) The kids club was excellent - the kids club staff were so friendly, energetic and seemed to speak every language. My 3 and 6 year olds loved it (especially Robin). Mini disco is always much loved and lots of fun. Sleeping on the sofas wasn't the most comfortable but we were so tired it didn't matter too much. The food was good, plenty of options for all. So hard not to eat too much..! Lot's of German food which was an extra cultural experience in my eyes. Though some more traditional Spanish/Majorcan dishes or 'themed' nights would have been welcome. As many others have highlighted, I would agree that some of the decor is a little dated and the rooms are a tad basic (e.g. you can see where repairs have been made) but overall I would say this hotel is a high 3* or a love 4* and is excellent value.

This is a lovely hotel to stay at. Very clean, spacious ( standard 1 bed apartment with a woodland view ) with a well equipped kitchen and a good size balcony. This is a lovely hotel to stay at. Very clean, spacious ( standard 1 bed apartment with a woodland view ) with a well equipped kitchen and a good size balcony. Yes, it was perhaps a bit tired here and there (bathroom), but thats what we paid for, so it was very adequate, so no complaints here! Thank you for putting 2 full size wardrobes with loads of hangers! Details like these make holidays sooo much easier! HB option was fantastic with loads of choices accomodating gluten free intolerance. Variety of fresh grilled meats every day along with fish, sea food, salads, pastas, pizzas etc and fresh puddings. Airport is 1h away in a taxi €100, or simply take a bus from outside the airport terminal (€29 total for family of 4) and walk 10min from the bus stop to the hotel. No problem as its all flat walk. Location - 10min walk to more vibrant part, but its a lovely walk along the beach promenade and equally there are a few places around the hotel to eat at, so not an issue. Lidl is 950m away (10-13min walk) so don't overspend at Spar! Beach is literally 3min walk behind the hotel. Public busses are easy to use and can take you to a variety of places eg. Drach Caves. Simply google the bus timings on line. Indoor pool and gym sadly were much smaller than expected (you can't really swim in it, as its not long enough) Probably big enough to accommodate 1-2 families at the time for a bit of fun. We only used it once during our 6 days stay as otherwise it was understandably busy. Sauna is at extra charge, which is fine, however you can't walk from the pool to sauna, as connecting door is locked. You have to pass the reception and go from the other side. I understand this is to stop people using sauna if they have not paid for it, but the logistics simply don't work, hence we never used it. Bike ride organised by the hotel fun team was amazing!! You only pay for the bikes rental €10 per person! We were very well looked after by the instructors, so thank you! This was our highlight for sure! Overall this hotel is fantastic! The only negative is that we never got a reply to our email we sent before travelling asking for a few details re upgrade etc. This could have been due to beginning of the season maybe... nevertheless acknowledgement would be nice, even if done at the check in time. Apology for this long review. So much positive things to say! If we get a chance to visit Mallorca again, this hotel will be our first choice!

First abroad family holiday and I can honestly say that it has been everything we wanted it to be. Rooms are spotless, view of the sea is brilliant, the entertainment crew go above and beyond to make the children (and adults) feel welcome. The food is great with it changing throughout the week. I cannot hear anyone else while in my room it is super value for money as it ticks every box you'll want for a family holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during the half term holiday. It’s the first package holiday I’ve booked since I was a teenager and it really didn’t disappoint. Took my mum and 6 year old son, who thoroughly loved it. The kids’ club and staff - absolutely brilliant! I felt confident to leave my son with them and he enjoyed the activities and kids’ playroom. The hotel has two pools, one indoor and one out. We didn’t try the outdoor pool as it was October, but the indoor one was a hit. It’s quite small and gets quite busy with children and families, but it’s a great facility nonetheless. The hotel has a solarium with sunbeds, a small but decent gym and nightly evening entertainment. We went self-catering, but the food looked decent. Drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced and they make fresh, tasty cocktails too. Also reasonably priced. The room was spacious and had a small kitchenette, which was useful. Some of the pine furniture looks a little dated, but the rooms are functional and clean. Nice bathroom with proper bath, good shower with brilliant water pressure. Housekeeping staff were friendly and did a beautiful job of cleaning the room. We had a room at the back of the hotel, overlooking the nature reserve. Lovely balcony area with nice table and chairs. The hotel is clean and quite modern overall. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. If you’re travelling alone/with friends, or in a couple without kids, I’d maybe look at the other hotels in this chain/area that are adults only as this is a very family-centred hotel and it’s quite lively and busy with families at times - especially the indoor pool. I only imagined that’s magnified in peak season. It was relatively quiet in the area when we stayed. Thank you Bahia Grande for a lovely stay.
