This is our 2nd visit as a couple during the Easter break and we have enjoyed every aspect of what the hotel and Cala Bona has to offer. Especially our beautiful view over the harbour every day. From the onset the reception team are efficient and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and quickly solve any queries I have had. We visited Son Servera after speaking to the knowledgeable staff and advising us on the best time to visit for the market and Easter parade. The cleaning staff do an excellent job as the hotel and our lovely spacious room is spotless and cleaned with everything topped up daily. The hotel bar staff are fun, efficient and create a great atmosphere. The pool bar staff - special shout out to Claire, are brilliant. The lifeguard handed in my husband’s mobile phone - so thank you very much for that. We have felt safe and feel like we have had a proper restful holiday. The Pilates instructor was also very knowledgeable. The food was fresh with different choices to suit everyone. We will be definitely coming back next year.

“Hot at night but a lovely clean hotel with spa.”

Just back from 4 nights stay following a 7 night cruise with Marella Tui. Lovely hotel and position overlooking the harbour. Our room was 102 on the first floor above the bar area but I didn’t disturb us as most entertainment finished at 10.30. We were half board and the food was delicious and buffet style. We managed to swim in the sea every day ,the water was still warm enough and we tended to sea swim from the ‘pontoon’ every morning then head back to the pool area for a late lunch then as the sun started to set moved down to the spa area with the heated pool, steam room & sauna. The walk into Cala Millor was about 15/20 mins along the promenade with a great choice of shops, bars etc. A great relaxing break after a busy cruise around the Western Med, weather was great, quite warm. The only complaint… it was very hot in the rooms at night as the air conditioning was only on from 12md- 8pm (when most people were out which was odd!) in the end we had to hire a fan at 4€ per night.

“Spotlessly clean and comfortable”

We stayed at this hotel from 3 nights, as an add on to a cruise we had done the previous week. The first impressions were good, with welcoming staff, and a pleasant reception area. Our room was superb; large, well appointed, spotlessly clean, and with a wonderful view of the attractive harbour below. It is definitely worth booking a sea view if possible. The meals are buffet style, and offer a wide choice of freshly prepared food, and the staff were all attentive and efficient. A member of our party has a gluten intolerance, and the staff went out of their way to ensure she was well catered for. In October, Cala Bona is a quiet, relaxing place; I do not know what it is like in high season, but based on our experience, I would not hesitate to go back.

“This is essential reading.”

Visited this hotel on 8th October for two weeks it's in a nice location but our experience did not match the look. Visited this hotel on 8th October for two weeks it's in a nice location but our experience did not match the look. On signing in before we even got keys was out €180 ...they charged us for a fridge for 2 weeks even knowing medication had to be refrigerated €50 safe Tax €80....got to our room it was smallish only one chair for two people to sit ....a single wardrobe for two to house every day wear, evening wear, and beach wear it was crampt we had to treble up on hanging cloths on hangers was a nightmare when trying to locate them at had to leave some on suitcases....bathroom was a danger zone a bath to shower in no hand rails only one smal l at the other end of bath no were near the getting out point so dangerous for older people to get in & out of bath. ..water spashing out all over the side of the bath covering the floor again another dangerous thing for slipping on ....now the worst thing of all dirty floor that had not been mopped....I have long hair when combing strands they fell to the floor these strands were there for days and at times when beds were made sheets and duvets were on the floor these were covered in hair I made a complaint I had pictures of the dirt and hair that came from the floor, when we tried with damp toilet tissue it really showed how dirty the were i was not happy one bedroom maid was worst then the others she did our room on our arrival and following week it happen again on a Wednesday Entertainment ...the hotel let outsiders use the bar where the Entertainment is held when residents go to the bar for a seat its packed most nights no available seating as our evening meals didn't allow us to get to Entertainment bar in time for seating Restaurant i have to give this 10 out of 10 good food good choices always hot no complaints what so ever the best part of hotel .....we had Seaview which was very nice but there is a coffee and snack place right underneath the Rop & Anchor this stayed open till all hours people talking laughing and playing loud music this went on till 1am and at times longer so loud could not sleep so my advise avoid Seaviews its not a hotel we would ever return to kind of put a damper on the whole holiday
