It’s a beautiful hotel , right on the beach and lots to see along the promenade . The staff especially Joanne, Tony, Luca and the Manager are great they are friendly, approachable and very professional in their roles. It’s a must stay hotel.

This was my first time at this wonderful hotel. We travelled as a couple in our mid 30s. As I usually do when travelling, I did look on TripAdvisor at the reviews and they are quite accurate, the negatives on some reviews were not present in my experience however. The staff are very good, extremely helpful and happy - it was a very positive vibe wherever you were went - reception, bar, restaurant and round the pool. The staff keep the place really clean and will do all they can to ensure you enjoy. Entertainment was probably an area where this hotel could possibly up their game - over the 4 days we were there, there was aqua aerobics once, a poolside quiz once and wine tasting once. The entertainment guy was lovely and really looks after the guests to be fair to him. This said, it suited us, as we were there to relax and appreciate the peace and quiet on offer, as we are a very busy young family the rest of the year! The food was extremely good - one of the best buffet style restaurants I have had at a Spanish hotel - there was something for everyone including live cooking and a choice of different themed food each night. There are 2 sitting times as mentioned many times by other people, but I genuinely believe this is so that you get the higher level of service that this hotel thrives to achieve. You get a table allocated to you on your first night (once you have picked your earlier/later slot), but can change table if you ask. Breakfast was very good as well and you can sit where you like at this time. Drinks are all paid for at dinner, but drinks are reasonably priced. The pool was large and sunbeds are genuinely not an issue, there are lovely comfortable double sunbeds which we managed to get every morning (and there were spares). There were people who put towels down and then wouldn't be seen again, but this was not affecting anyone, beds are plentiful. The water beds in the pool are lovely and there are lots of beds and space throughout the day - do not let this put you off (I know 'sun bed wars' are mentioned a lot in other reviews). There are some queues at around 8.30am with people waiting for the pool to open at 8.50ish but everyone was sensible, just wanting the same beds each day I guess, but again, I saw no issues. Drinks, as mentioned by others, is a paid service, in a hotel that does half board. Drinks can be bought from 10am through to midnight, you can pay as you go or you can charge to your room and pay on check out. The bar is reasonably priced, cocktails are a little expensive depending on what you have but the quality of the drinks are good. Now, arguably the biggest selling points for this hotel is the entertainment in the evenings. Every night starting at 9.30pm, there are live singers/bands. Every single night we were there, the singers were incredible quality and got everyone singing and dancing - to the point where people from outside the hotel were stopping and dancing along with the shows. The staff got themselves up dancing on our last night and it was such great night with a great vibe. It is so easy to see why people return to this hotel again and again. A few people who we spoke with were on their third and fourth visits. The hotel is right on the beach with access to shops right across the road, it's a no brainer. We are already looking to book again for a short break as it was such a positive experience.

This was our second visit. The hotel is adults only and is absolutely fantastic. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate you. From the top tier management to the pool guys, they are brilliant. Special thanks to, Tony in the restaurant and to Jimmy, the entertainment manager. This place is special. The food is second to none. The dinners are out of this world. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s situated on the beach and had direct access to the beach. Only one downside this year compared to last is, the race for sun beds in the morning, which I might add is unfortunately caused by the English tourists. There is really no need for this as there is plenty of them. I would highly recommend this hotel. I have spoken to people that are visiting for their sixth or seventh stay and that says a lot. We are already planning our third visit.

A very good, modern four-star hotel in an excellent seafront location. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the main pool area downstairs was particularly attractive, with palm trees and loungers positioned in the pool itself. There is also an infinity pool on the sixth floor, which is a nice addition. However, the area felt quite poorly decorated compared with the rest of the hotel. Some better-quality furniture and softer furnishings would make a big difference, rather than the basic plastic furniture currently provided. The hotel operates two dinner sittings, at 6:15pm and 8:15pm, with assigned tables for dinner. This was quite different from other hotels I have stayed in, where guests can usually arrive whenever they choose. At breakfast, you can sit anywhere. I would advise avoiding arriving at dinner exactly at your allocated time, as it becomes extremely crowded, with people pushing past and making you feel rushed. Dinner should be a leisurely experience, but at peak times it can feel anything but relaxing. Therefore, while we had the later sitting we would usually arrive from 8:30pm making the experience far better and more enjoyable. The food itself was generally very good, although the selection was smaller than at other hotels I have visited. However, that being said there was plenty of fresh meat or fish being cooked as well as themed buffet nights (the Mexican night being my particular favourite). The evening entertainment is fairly typical for a Spanish hotel, with tribute acts and similar shows. The daytime entertainment was pleasantly low-key, with aqua aerobics, water polo and quizzes. I particularly liked the organised walks, as this is something not many hotels offer and was a lovely way to explore the local area. The biggest issue during high season is how busy and noisy the hotel becomes. The sunbed area does not open until at least 8:45am, and some mornings the rush to get a sunbed felt like a race. People were barging and pushing, with very little courtesy shown. Perhaps the hotel could introduce a queuing system as at this present moment everybody gathers around the perimeter of a “chain” and then all of a sudden the mad dash occurs as soon as a member of the maintenance team says “good morning”. Perhaps one queue would prevent this from happening. Pool towels are provided and can be changed up to 3 times per week. The drinks were good quality and reasonably priced. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby for anyone looking to keep costs down. The spar shop being located straight out the back of the hotel. The location is excellent, directly on the seafront, with lovely walks along the coastal path towards Cala Bona or Sa Coma roughly 3 mile walks (round trips). Family have stayed here previously in the low season and loved it, but the experience is different during the height of summer but I would imagine this may be the case across all hotels in August. Would I return? Probably not in August (unless it was a very cheap deal), as it was far too busy. However, I would consider returning during the low season, when the hotel would likely feel much calmer and more enjoyable.
