We stayed in the first half of September. The hotel is right by the sea, with a rocky coastline separated by a promenade. The hotel's location is ideal: a short walk to one of the island's most beautiful beaches, Cala Agulla (unfortunately a bit crowded), and the other to the town of Cala Ratjada with its many shops, pubs, restaurants, and discos, as well as the beaches of Son Moll and Cala Gat. Parking is easy near the hotel. I recommend online check-in, available 72 hours before arrival, which saves you time at reception; you just show your ID. There are practically no children at the hotel; I saw two in my 10 days. Guests were mostly couples of all ages, with a lot of young people. It's worth considering whether it wouldn't be better to make this an adults-only hotel for those 16 and older. Most rooms have side or full sea views; it's worth booking a room with a view of Cala Agulla beach and the pool. The room is sufficiently sized, the bathroom a bit cramped, but adequate. The balcony has a table and two chairs, and a hairdryer. A safe (without a code, but with a key) costs an additional €3.00 per day plus a €10 deposit. Pool towels are free, with a €10 deposit and a €1.50 replacement. Rooms are cleaned daily except Sundays, but if you need a replacement, you can do so at reception. The building has six floors. Water dispensers are available on each floor. In 2024, the pool and pool floor were modernized, with sun loungers replaced and added, and comfortable beds added. The pool depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.50 meters, and access is via stairs or a ladder. The restaurant has been redesigned, with outdoor tables added. I rate all the changes very positively. There's a restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast (8:00–10:30) gets a bit monotonous after a few days, but everything you need is provided. Lunch (12:30–2:00 PM) and dinner (6:00–9:00 PM) are varied and truly delicious, with delicious sweets and ice cream. Drinks: water, cola, Fanta, juices, coffee, and tea from self-service dispensers; you can, of course, ask the staff. Alcoholic beverages are served quickly and efficiently by the staff. You can pour them or order a carafe so you don't have to rush around with every glass. A good idea. Every table has a basket with extra cutlery, so you don't have to search around the restaurant. A good idea. Dishes are constantly replenished. During peak hours, there was sometimes a short wait for freshly fried dishes, but that's unavoidable. The Snack Bar (2:30–4:30 PM) serves hamburgers and hot dogs. Access to the pool is available on the first floor. The pool bar is open from 10:00 AM to midnight. Alcohol and drinks are served in reusable plastic containers at the pool, and in glasses on the terrace. Beer and wine are excellent, and drinks in the all-inclusive package are made from local spirits, prepared from a vending machine, with a limited selection. The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lifeguard blocking the pool entrance outside these hours. Pleasant, relaxing pop music plays at a reasonable volume. Only between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM does the aquagym instructor make a bit of noise. Regular loungers fill up around 9:00 AM, but the soft white sunbeds are reserved from 7:00 AM. The sun doesn't appear on these loungers until after 12:00 PM. The hotel is trying to limit the practice of guests who leave their towels at 7:00 AM and arrive at 12:00 PM to reserve sunbeds. Theoretically, if you don't use a sunbed for more than 45 minutes, your belongings and towel are returned to reception, but in practice, this rarely happens, usually after guest complaints. Rooms on the first floor are below the pool level, so they overlook the wall. On the second floor, there's a reception and a lobby bar, open from 8:00 PM to midnight, or earlier if the weather is bad. There's also an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool with several comfortable armchairs. A quick note: a few more armchairs could be added; there's plenty of space, and there are plenty of people interested. Evening entertainment is offered every other day: live artists, a DJ, and bingo. If nothing else is available, you can listen to performances from the neighboring hotel. There's a "sun terrace" on the third floor, but you can also lounge in the shade. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island, with its many beautiful beaches: Mesquida, Playa de Muro, Es Trenc, Cala Llombards, and many others. Thanks to all the staff in the restaurant (everyone is so kind and genuinely committed, quickly fulfilling all requests) and the housekeeping staff (a group of people has been cleaning the entire hotel area since early morning).
