Currently writing this review on a sun lounger by the pool at the hotel, on our last day. This is the easiest hotel to recommend for families. If there are any last minute deals available, I'd highly recommend you snap them up as this is a fantastic family holiday experience. Firstly, the children's 'animation team' are excellent. They've put together a truly incredible team. Chloe, Pinja and Augustino are masters of their craft in providing a welcoming and multilingual experience for children of all ages. Between them they have Spanish, Finnish and Italian as first language and are all adept in German and English as it seems to be very popular for German and British tourists here. We have travelled from Wales and my children have made great friends at the mini disco each night, despite the language barrier with the other guests. The staff have really gone above and beyond in making this a special and affordable holiday, with no additional charges for the kids clubs activities which has been a really refreshing change to the economic climate that we have become accustomed to. We have taken part in just about every activity the hotel has to offer, multiple times, and haven't been charged a penny more for our time here. The animation team creates a friendly rivalry between the guests at the activities by offering free prizes for the winners whilst maintaining an inviting atmosphere for the guests to get involved. The food is good. We've been on a few family holidays abroad, where a buffet has been included, and this hotel definitely has been the best food quality so far. We factored into our budget eating out, in case the food wasn't up to scratch but we've been happy every evening and haven't ventured into the local restaurants nearby once. We have ordered food from the pool bar for lunch time, recommend the burgers and sandwiches. The accommodation has been without flaw. The hotel itself seems modern, no damage or things not working as they should that you sometimes get when staying at a hotel. The cleaners are very responsive, have had a daily service of our room with clean towels and beds remade. It's just been a great holiday. Bar staff, waiting team, check in. Quite literally had no issues. No fight for a sun bed. No queues for dinner. We haven't felt cramped or overlooked, just surrounded by a load of lovely people who are also here for a nice time. I know my children will ask to return here, this is going to go down as their favourite holiday and it's easy to understand why. Five stars. The hotel have a towel deposit system in place which works well. We took €20 to have 4 towel cards, which we exchanged with the life guard at the pool for towels. We also asked for a safe key from reception at the same time, they provide you with the whole barrel and key for the safe. It feels more secure than having a key code safe, which has been a nice change. The hotel has free WiFi and free evening entertainment every night. Again, the standard of the entertainment has been exceptional for a freebie.
