Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights recently. Upon walking into the reception area you are met with a fantastic air conditioning system - perfect when the temp was +35 degrees. Friendly and efficient reception staff checked us in. The rooms are clean, modern, and again have great aircon. We picked a pool view room which was great. Breakfast was as good as it gets, loads of variety, fresh and tasty. All the staff work really hard, are exceptionally friendly and make the stay perfect for you. Given the location on Can Pastilla you are 2 min from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We would 💯 stay again.

We spent an unforgettable 7 days in this hotel. Everything was perfect. The modern interior, cleanliness, and fresh scent give the impression of a luxury hotel with far more stars than it actually has. Three elevators are always running, so there’s never a wait. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean, equipped with a free minibar and safe. The food in the restaurant was top-notch—better than what we’ve experienced in many 5-star hotels. From seafood and fish to steaks, pasta, and international cuisine... The entire staff is extremely kind, and we have nothing but praise for the way they treat their guests. We would especially like to highlight Natalia, who always greeted us in the restaurant with a smile, Martin, who was at our service at all times, chef Claudio, who prepared perfect dishes, and the wonderful guy Jesus at the reception. This is a hotel we would always love to return to.

“Wonderful experience”

Together with my wife, we spent our Honeymoon here and was a nice experience. Everything was good, espacially the food. When we will come back în Palma for sure we will come again at Helios. Special greetings to Natalia.

The Helios is a very good 3 star hotel close to Palma, the airport, and a good beach. The rooms, public areas and pool are fully renovated. The breakfast and dinner buffets are good with excellent presentation (starters, salads and desserts are individually plated), reasonable choice, and the quality is generally fine. This year we did notice a few cut backs at dinner - the grill is now limited to one choice of meat and one choice of fish, and the choice of starters was noticeably reduced from 5 or more to only 3. Let’s hope this is not the start of a trend. The pool area does get very busy, and sometimes loungers are not available. They do implement a no reservation policy, with unattended towels removed after 30 minutes. The hotel has an excellent no smoking and vaping policy - you cannot smoke or vape anywhere inside the hotel, including the pool, balconies and outside areas. Please fix the outside doors to the apartment block - the door closers don’t work properly so the doors are constantly slamming. If you have a ground floor apartment your sleep will be interrupted!
