Nice and modern hotel with great location. I really enjoyed Joana’s yoga class (which is included!) and lovely and relaxing massage at the wellness/spa center.

I had such a great experience here. Everyone was friendly, patient and also fast with service. We had such fun talking with Natalia, Luci, Jhoel, Willy and the food made by Claudio was so delicious. We accomplished our goal of having a great time here and they helped us with that.

The cleaning was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful, the reception staff were attentive, the cleaning girls were always nice and helpful, you feel safe leaving valuable things with them. A real plus to the guy at the pool "Amador" very helpful with a smile and helps with everything you need help with. I burned myself in the sun and he made a comfortable place for me. Not so happy with the bar staff, their body language felt like you were a nuisance when you ordered drinks / food

A very nice hotel, very convenient 10minutes from the airport. Extremely clean, nicely decorated with lovely light rooms with crisp bed linen and comfy beds. A very nice hotel, very convenient 10minutes from the airport. Extremely clean, nicely decorated with lovely light rooms with crisp bed linen and comfy beds. We overlooked the pool- didn’t find it noisy at all. The pool is very nice, the shallow area is nice for small children, and to sit and cool off in. The floors are clean and the marble looks smart and is not slippy when wet. Not quite enough beds for the number of guests and a bit awkward getting yourself into shade at times. Nice atmosphere, relaxing and chilled. Pool bar area very smart and staff excellent: food nice (just had snacks.) Breakfast excellent choice- particularly the fruit bar we enjoyed. Not sure if there was any entertainment on regularly- nothing advertised anywhere. We saw a girl singer sound checking one evening- great voice- but there was nothing to say when she was on. We’d booked a table elsewhere but would’ve planned to stay had we known. Booking the spa in advance was impossible- to even find out what it was and what’s available was a dead end on the website. No links worked. There wasn’t a link to advertise what cycling facilities were available either- so we hired from the shop opposite. A little surprised the maid didn’t wash the cups up. Bathroom and shower was lovely as were the complimentary toiletries. We had a nice stay, 3 nights, a return journey for us after 40years! We got engaged at the hotel… we booked a superior room and it was £500 for x3 nights- rather expensive I feel. Any small gesture would’ve been appreciated. (A free late checkout/bottle of fizz/breakfast… anything. Maybe hotels don’t do this? We could’ve gone anywhere but we chose to revisit the Helios: 🤷🏻‍♀️ as it turned out, we could’ve gone anywhere.
