“Comfy seafront hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were here for 5 nights in a sea view room - great view of the marina/sea from our balcony, room spacious with comfy beds and good sized bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well and shower was powerful. Room was regularly cleaned and was kept spotless like the rest of the hotel. All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Breakfast was OK (bacon was bit too fatty in my opinion) but there was plenty of choice. Evening meal was exceptional with plenty of dishes to choose from and all very tasty/well cooked. The roof top terrace had plenty of loungers, was well maintained and the pool was more than adequate. Nice terrace at front of hotel to watch the world go by, best cocktails in town (we did visit quite a few bars) and across the road from the beach. The only reason for not providing 5 stars is the fact that our safe was not working on arrival and wasn't resolved until next day. But otherwise can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

“Would return here”

Stayed for 4 nights hotel location is perfect placed right on the promenade. Less than 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel itself is clean,rooms are basic but just what we needed for a few days. Cocktails are reasonably priced for a hotel. We would definitely return here.

Apparently, this was a 4-star hotel when we booked it, but I beg to deliver – It was 3-star at best. The rooms were basic with a shocking view and in fact one of our group had to move because it was flooding but even then, the hotel wanted to charge for that. Apparently, this was a 4-star hotel when we booked it, but I beg to deliver – It was 3-star at best. The rooms were basic with a shocking view and in fact one of our group had to move because it was flooding but even then, the hotel wanted to charge for that. Breakfast was included but it wasn’t up to much either. The service at the bar in the hotel was also poor. If this is Easy Jet holiday accommodation, then would recommend avoiding.

“Hotel has potential, great location, great views, but poor staff let it down. ”

Great location, lovely rooftop pool and bar (although cocktails are average and over priced). Rooms were spacious, great aircon and cleaning staff were lovely. Great location, lovely rooftop pool and bar (although cocktails are average and over priced). Rooms were spacious, great aircon and cleaning staff were lovely. Breakfast had a good selection of food although it was not the best quality. We did fill up on fruit/bread/juice every morning though. However, there is only one lift and its very slow were travelling with a baby and stroller and so had to use it often. It could easily take 10 or 15 minutes. It was slow, stopped on almost every floor regardless and was full of staff all the time. Our check in experience was also awful. I booked back in January direct with the hotel, and paid in advance, a non refundable non cancellable rate. I booked two rooms When i checked in I was told I had booked 4 rooms. Once that issue was resolved I was asked how id like to pay. I advised I had already paid and showed my booking confirmation saying 100% advance purchase rate. I was told that I had not paid, even though my confirmation clearly showed i had and even though there was clearly a booking with their system (showing i had booked 4 rooms). I was told to resolve the issue in the morning with the manager. I went up to my room and found the payment on my bank statement and returned to show the reception staff member. He said, oh I know I already double checked, all is fine. That was it. No apology for the stress, no offer of any free drink or meal or any other acknowledgement. I was travelling as a family of 5 and to be told I owed the hotel 1,600 euro repeatedly on checked in was extremely stressful. We were given a free bottle of wine in each room as we had booked direct, but there were no bottle openers or wine glasses in the room. We asked one night at reception and were told the bar was closed and these items could not be provided. Another nite, our key card would not work and an aggressive man at reception told us that this was because we had kept the key card in our wallet without cards, causing the cards not to work. I would imagine most people keep their key card in their wallet, and he spoke to us as if we were stupid and it was our own fault the key did not work. He seemed very annoyed at having to resolve this issue. The safes in the room also did not lock and there were no instructions provided. Overall a nice hotel, great location, good views and comfortable rooms. It is really missing out on its full potential by having such mediocre food and drinks and terribly trained staff. While we would return to Can Pastilla we would not return to this hotel due to the issues outlined above. Our holiday should have been relaxing but the staff added multiple issues to our stay.
