“Amazing staff, room and location!”
Hotel staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful. We had a cold drink on arrival, we arrived a little bit early but they made it possible for us to check in a bit sooner and took our bag up to the room whilst we waited in the restaurant and had a drink. “Kind and helpful receptionist”
Arrived late at night, the receptionist, Manuel, was very kind and helpful. recommended several great spots for first-time visitors as well. We’ve had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay here

On arrival was disappointed that entrance to hotel was up some steep steps with no handrail. Not ideal for elderly clients. Reception staff were all very nice and friendly.
