We've had a wonderful time. The entertainers Andrea and Susan are wonderful with the kids. Thank you so much! The food is great and the rooms are clean.

Had a wonderful stay, the hotel was clean, the food was varied and plentiful, marvelous facilities like a spa and a gym, but the thing that makes this hotel 5 stars is the staff, everyone from the chambermaids to the bar staff were always very pleasant and cheerful I would like to give a special thank you to the bar staff especially Jose, Fabian, David and Joanima, great lads and a credit to the hotel

The staff is really friendly and helpful, the pool is nice and the food and drinks are good!, So that's 5/5 rating! But what the f about the elevator? It's not working properly, over the last week we had few encounters with it, sometimes it get stuck on a half floor luckily it will reset itself and go to the mechanical room(-2), but other people getting trapped in it. Like most other guest we got an big stroller and a baby so a elevator is quite necessary. I would recommend this is place, but please get your elevator fixed asap, it doesn't feel save at all.

We checked in after an over an hour transfer from the airport, which was fine as we knew it was that long, the reception staff were friendly, we paid a deposit for the towels 20 euros which we go back at the end and 25 euros for the safe, 5 of which was returned when we left, the apartment was spacious, an over the shower bath and a little dated, our view was of the neighbouring hotel and the road so not ideal. There was a lift which was a little slow and broke down one day for a short time. The restaurant had been renovated and was fresh and clean, the food was average and lacked flavour in my opinion, we didn’t starve but we didn’t eat anything that wowed us, breakfast was good again lacking flavour. Pool was nice, plenty of beds to be had and the staff put on the usual aqua gym and activities for the kids, face painting ect, and they were full of enthusiasm toilet by the pool accessible and clean, not much choice for day snacks round the pool, the lunch in the restaurant was very much a repeat of what you got on the night Entertainment, very much for the kids and nothing for the adults which was disappointing, the one act we did see was a singer and he wasn’t good, short walk from the hotel to the harbour 10 mins and that was worth it, we had some nice food and drink and watched some live music. The drinks were average, beer was nice and anything branded you had to pay for and we seemed to only be able to order drinks from the table which was fine but they were slow and didn’t get the drinks right. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, the hotel could do with some updating in other areas, landing areas and reception, when we stayed we seemed to see someone quite important talking about renovations so maybe it’s on the cards The area itself is lovely, lovely beach but we won’t be retuning.
