Just got back from a 10 day stay and we had a lovely experience here as a family of 8. Majority of the front of house staff were really lovely but a few had very little patience and tolerance for their guests. We understood that they work really hard and long hours and some people can be difficult customers but we almost got the impression that they paint everyone with the same brush,again not all staff but some. However the animation/entertainment staff were superb! They also work hard long hours but always have a smile on their face and always want to do the best show every night and during the day, you can tell they enjoy their job and want you to have the best experience on holiday. We read reviews before coming away and saw some comments about waiting for lifts was a nightmare the food was repetitive but I have to say-yes you would have to wait a bit longer for a lift at peak times e.g end of the day after a day at the pool or end of the night when everyone was going to bed after the show but that is to be expected. Food wise- if you are not a fussy eater then you are winning lovely verity,brilliant id you arw a fussy eater then rhere is 100% something you could eat every meal time, some food was the same every meal time but I think this was because it's a staple and a solid choice that even the fussiest of eaters would have something to eat. Sunbeds-if you get downstairs at 7.30(doors open at 8) and join a small queue then you are set for the day but if not they do go quick and you will probably.not.hwt a bed untill late afternoon. The only negative for me (and it's not a negative that the hotel can avoid) is that the order of people in the dining area, for example there are different stations and choices where some people queued politely but others did not, you would cross paths with people bump into people at the busier times and stations, almost like a one way system would be handy to avoid any collisions but again this is just a personal preference. All in all this was a brilliant family holiday.

We stayed here as a family of 7 (2 parents, 3 children 19months, 7 & 8 and 2 grandparents). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. I don't understand how some of the reviews can be so negative, particularly talking about queues etc. The staff work incredibly hard and it is peak season so a short amount of queueing is expected. Rooms Rooms were immaculate and well maintained. Housekeeping was good. Beds were comfy. Lovely little touch of a sweet cone for my toddler in his travel cot. The lifts are a bit of a inconvenience at busy times. We were on the fourth floor and sometimes the lifts would be full or go straight past which could be a little annoying when on your own with a toddler in a pram. Pool Sunbed wars! Yes it's a thing, is it ideal, no. But nothing that I haven't experienced before in other hotels. We started queuing 7.30am, and the doors opened at 8am sometimes before. The beds do get very full quickly and what I will say is there needs to be some system in place for those who leave their towels on the beds and don't return all day (saw this happening twice) which is simply not fair and frustrating for those who need them. The pool area is lovely, well maintained and clean. Great atmosphere with music. I didn't see any pool games and only water aerobics once. Entertainment We really enjoyed the entertainment and you can see how hard the team work. The evening entertainment was a mixture of hotel based entertainers and outside acts. All really good. We didn't utilise kids club and to be honest we didn't really know much about it so maybe this could have been communicated better. I've seen reviews stating that it's hard to get tables but we got one (in the same spot) every night and this was dining first with 3 children. Food Overall, the food was good. It's nothing to shout about, it's very similar to other hotels I have stayed in. There is quite a big selection, but yes there can be queues at peak times. The food was not bad and was typical of your average all inclusive. Bar The bar can be busy at intervals. For example, just as the show is about to start there is a bit of queue but 10 minutes later the queue had gone. Also, the queue goes VERY fast. Good selection of drinks (never been in an all inclusive that serves amaretto). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Small tweaks here and there would make it perfect, but I think it was a fabulous stay 👌😊

Am writing this review on the last day of our holiday. Honestly we as a multigenerational family of 10 have enjoyed ourselves! However things could be improved…. Am writing this review on the last day of our holiday. Honestly we as a multigenerational family of 10 have enjoyed ourselves! However things could be improved…. It’s like a rugby scrum for food in the evening the restaurant is far too small for the amount of people. The staff are friendly and helpful but are under pressure. A special shout out to Alex for his attentive service! We dined in the sky bar for the tasting menu one night and that was lovely. Food on the whole was cold, who wants cold bacon and baked beans for brekkie! In the evening after 10 pm all drinks are served in plastic beakers🤷🏻‍♀️, who wants this??Our room was clean however on occasions going back to it it smelt of sewage! Would we stay here again I’m afraid the answer is no! Sorry
