Amazing hotel! Excellent location max 10 min walk to beach. Pools were Excellent! Something for everyone. We managed to get sunbeds everyday. Son and husband enjoyed games room. Food was great we found the food good. Lots of choices. Usually have pizzas, pasta some grilled chicken, steaks, fish, then a theme Italian, spanish, sushi, shellfish etc. Salad bar. Cooked meats and cheese and desserts. Breakfast was great the usual spanish bacon, sausages Usually 2 or 3 different types, beans scrambled eggs.... freshly cooked eggs, omelette, pancakes each day. Wide range of fruits, pastries, yoghurt, Cooked meats and cheeses. Lots of fruit juice machines and coffee machines. Our favourite night was the spanish night! The odd morning they had some special additions... one day they had a donut station, smoothie station, waffle and chocolate fountain. Rooms were clean and beautiful presented. Cleaned everyday to a great standard and cleaner was friendly. We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was perfect. Had beautiful view of the sea and pool area. 2 guys on reception we dealt with were amazing. One night our air conditioning was leaking. Reception helped and was sorted promptly. Definitely recommend 👌

Staff The majority of the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had no issues with any member of staff during our stay. The housekeeping team deserve special mention as they work extremely hard and always had a smile on their faces. A special mention also goes to Aurora at the snack bar. Her service was excellent throughout our stay and she was incredibly kind and attentive towards our wee one, which made a real difference to our experience. Jose M at the bar also deserves recognition. He consistently provided great service, was friendly, efficient and always seemed happy to help, even during busy periods. Entertainment Team Unfortunately, the entertainment team were the biggest disappointment of the holiday. Outside of the mini disco and evening shows, you hardly see them during the day. Activities are not communicated very well, and guests are often left wondering what is happening. Aqua aerobics was only available occasionally. What stood out most was how impersonal the entertainment team came across. They regularly walked past guests without even saying hello and often appeared grumpy and unapproachable. We also noticed what seemed to be a poor attitude towards some of the singers performing in the evenings, which was disappointing to see. It would make a huge difference if the entertainment team spent more time around the pool, interacting with guests, creating a friendly atmosphere and encouraging people to join in with activities. Mini Club The mini club was another disappointment. The soft play area, tables and some of the children’s facilities looked quite dirty and grotty. For an area designed specifically for children, cleanliness should be a much higher priority. Rooms The rooms are clean, tidy and perfectly comfortable. The maid service is excellent, with rooms cleaned and towels refreshed every day. The air conditioning works very well, which is a huge plus in the heat. The WiFi is very poor and regularly cuts out. We appreciate this is very much a first world problem, but in this day and age, reliable internet is something most guests expect, so it was frustrating at times. The only other downside is the lifts, which are terrible at busy times and can involve waits of up to ten minutes. Food and Drinks The food offers plenty of variety and there is always something to choose from, although some dishes are better than others. A few items are not labelled, so it can be difficult to know exactly what you are picking. The restaurant layout can feel like a free for all, with guests left searching for tables. At busy periods, the restaurant can become quite chaotic and lacks organisation. It often feels as though the restaurant is understaffed, which contributes to longer waits for tables, slower drink service and a generally more stressful dining experience. Having staff seat guests on arrival would make the experience much smoother and more organised. Drink service at dinner can be slow and on a couple of occasions we ended up just having water because we could not get served. Self service stations for soft drinks, wine and beer would be a great addition. The bars offer a good range of soft drinks and the free ice cream machine is a nice touch. However, it is disappointing that not all cocktails are included in the all inclusive package and some require an additional payment. Food service finishes at 10 pm and there are no late night snacks available. A small snack bar serving burgers, chips or hot dogs later in the evening would be a welcome addition. Pool and Sunbeds The pool areas are excellent. They are clean, well maintained and there is a good variety of pools for both adults and children. There are plenty of sunbeds available, although if you want one with a parasol, you need to be prepared to join the queue from around 8 am. One unusual point is that both the pools and showers use slightly salty water, which is particularly noticeable in the showers. Another slight disappointment is that food cannot be taken to the sunbeds. While it is understandable why the hotel has this rule, many other all inclusive hotels allow guests to enjoy snacks around the pool. Location The location is one of the hotel’s strongest points. We used a private transfer, which took around 45 minutes from the airport, so we cannot comment on the Jet2 transfer time. The hotel is only a five minute walk from the beach and is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. There is a McDonald’s right next door, Aldi and Lidl are within a ten minute walk, and there are several small supermarkets nearby. Whether you need drinks, snacks or any essentials, everything is within easy reach. Overall Value for Money This is not the most luxurious resort and, in our opinion, sits around a three star out of five experience. However, when you take everything into account, it offers fairly good value for money. The location is excellent, the majority of the staff are friendly and hardworking, the rooms are clean, and there is plenty of choice when it comes to food and facilities. There are areas that could be improved, particularly around the entertainment team, restaurant organisation, WiFi and mini club cleanliness, but overall we had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning.

Lots of signs of wear and tear Entertainment: the nights entertainment was good especially the external ones. Shame you don’t see much of the entertainment team in the day Overall: you get what you pay for, not luxury but was ok.
