Hotel is a bit far from shops and restaurants but this was my plan cos need privacy and relax atmosphere from busy streets and away from big city .Very clean and friendly place.Food is fenomenal, specially breakfast.Also gym for free and spa for small charge.Reception is very helpful with all issues.Also what is important every time when I was requesting something staff know before how to help and solve the problem.Definitely high recommend to come and relax.

This is a lovely and friendly hotel with staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. In my first evening I was given a citronella candle and matches for sitting on the balcony with ( which was lovely too , very private and right on to a pine forest- bring ear plugs if you want an early night as the cicadas are loud lol ) . On the first breakfast I asked if I could borrow a mug from the restaurant as opposed to using the small cup in my apartment for my coffees and was provided one no problem. The reception staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with trips and local activities. It’s in a great location with a lovely pool area . The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that it feels like there are more guests than there is space in the communal areas. Breakfast could be a bit of a squash trying to find your way around the food and get seated without being elbowed or nudged ; the pool area whilst lovely could get a bit noisy with kids dive bombing etc - with it being small it made everyone else get wet too.

I stayed at this hotel recently for 5 nights with a group of friends for a cycling trip. It was a very friendly hotel with lovely facilities and very reasonably priced. My room was in the apart hotel section and was very spacious for single occupancy - lots of storage space, good quality bathroom, a small kitchen area including a kettle and also a nice seating area. There was a balcony with a hanging rack, good for drying cycling clothes post a quick hand wash! The room was a bit dark and the balcony wasn’t in the sun but that suited me as helped keep the room cool. There were other areas of the hotel where you could catch the sun if needed, including a roof terrace, There is a good secure cycle storage room with a set of tools provided, though a bit of a steep exit/entry ramp. Breakfast and evening meal buffets had great variety. The bar was good for a pre/post dinner drink with friendly staff. The hotel is about 10 mins walk to bars/restaurants but there are good options along the sea front. There is also a good Lidl about 5 mins walk from hotel.

A lovely little boutique hotel. Little pool and terrace around. However, there seems to be too many people for the hotel amenities. There are not enough beds around the pool and the ones that are are ‘reserved’ by a certain contingent with towels every morning. The staff try to police this but it happens every day. The hotel is advertised as a family hotel but there really is t anything for kids to do other than play in the pool. The pool is quite small and when the kids are diving and bombing into the pool it soaks everyone around it. There are not enough umbrellas either - this may be again due to the limited space. The breakfasts are good, however again the self serve area is small and with people milling around with no defined way of getting your food it isn’t a pleasant experience. The outside terrace for eating at the restaurant on the first floor is very small and cramped. The whole area and process of eating up there needs a rethink to maximise the space. Dinner is good - we were half board. A good selection of local food. There isn’t any bars or restaurants in close proximity to the hotel but this was good as the hotel remained quiet from tourists late at night. There are good transport links around the hotel to nearby ancient town of Alcúdia. Overall it is a nice hotel - it does cater predominantly for Germans which is apparent immediately but once they got to know us the staff stopped speaking in German to us and addressed us in Spanish or English.
