On our last day, we thought we’d leave an honest review. Firstly, the staff. Absolutely incredible – and we genuinely mean every single member of the team. This hotel is a very well-run operation, and everyone works incredibly hard to give guests the best holiday possible. Their friendliness, professionalism and work ethic really stood out throughout our stay. The grounds are immaculate and the pool area is one of the cleanest we’ve experienced. It’s clear that a huge amount of pride goes into maintaining the hotel. The snack bar deserves a special mention. Calling it a “snack bar” doesn’t do it justice – it’s better than some of the restaurants in the town. The all-inclusive drinks menu is also excellent, with a huge choice including many well-known international brands, so you’ll certainly never feel limited. The main evening restaurant is perfectly adequate and probably what you’d expect from a good four-star all-inclusive. We always found something to enjoy. Rita’s Italian is an absolute must-book during your stay, and the outdoor evening bar is a fantastic place to relax with a drink. We only have two genuine suggestions for the management, and they’re offered simply because we think they could make an already excellent hotel even better. Firstly, some light background music around the pool during the day would make a huge difference to the atmosphere. Secondly, the evening entertainment could benefit from a little more variety. During our 11-night stay there were mostly acrobatic and circus-style performances, along with just one singer. The acts were all of a good standard, but they did begin to feel quite similar. The illusionist was probably our favourite. We’d love to see more tribute acts, live bands and different styles of entertainment, which have become fairly standard in many four-star hotels. It’s certainly not a deal-breaker, but we think it would elevate the overall experience another level. The location is great too – around a 10-minute walk into the centre, so close enough to enjoy everything while still being peaceful. One final tip: book a private airport transfer if you can. Shared transfers can make this one of the last hotel drop-offs, which can mean a journey of up to two hours during busy periods. Overall, we’ve had a fantastic holiday. The outstanding staff, spotless facilities and excellent all-inclusive offering far outweigh our small suggestions for improvement. We’d happily return, and we’re sure most people won’t be disappointed.

This is an excellent hotel! My family of four went together, paying for a private pool. This choice was worth the money in my opinion as we spent most of our time in it with no one bothering you. Balls and lilos are allowed to be in pools, contrary to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The main pool had lots of fun things for the kids to do, such as pirate ship to play on with slides, a bouncy pillow, and a mini splash park. We often went for an ice cream at the pool bar The rooms were clean, comfy beds, a small kitchen (although we didn’t use it much as we were all inclusive), and lovely garden and pool area for private pool rooms. In our room there was little to no noise. The location of this hotel is great, with a lovely beach nearby, and bars and cafes near the beach. The food was good, although sometimes you have to play a guessing game at what it is, as there are often no labels telling you what you are eating. There are 2 restaurants onsite that you can eat at rather than eating at the main buffet. There is also a supermarket onsite, which is a nice touch if you don’t want to walk ages to get to one in town. They sell food, toiletries, suncream, lilos, pool games, and much more.

Overall a great holiday, really good hotel, staff were lovely, we would visit again. We had a room with a private garden which was great. Large room, comfy beds. Shower drain clogged up quite a bit so you had to be quick before it overflowed. Pool is a great depth for kids. The bubble appeared to be really popular - dont think ive seen a pool so busy so early in the day which juat shows its popularity (and maybe the +30° weather). We were half board and the food available was good. I would have expected at least some water included with your evening meal - you can drink cava free at breakfast but need to pay for water with dinner? Only downside of the restaurant was the parents who let their young kids run about when people have plates of food in their hands - its a restaurant not a soft play. There was also no breakfast or black tea most mornings. Fruit tea and earl grey are not breakfast drinks. Entertainment was ok. The usual repetitive kids mini disco. And again parents let their kids run riot when the main act was on. There was an acrobat troup with a tripod for high work who had cones out to stop people walking underneath - this seemed to translate as "let your kids play with the cones". The bar area was good - maybe needed a bigger tv for showing the football. Table service throughout the bar and entertainment area with proper drinks in proper glasses. The gym is well stocked although the floor is very slippy for a gym. Maybe needs non slip tiles. The AC was lacking in the gym too, and the floor mats could maybe past their best. We had a late flight back and there were a couple of courtesy rooms to use beside the supermarket with towels available from reception. All in all, a good hotel and we would go back.

We arrived early but was told check in would be 3 pm (no temp room available) so by 3 pm we were all hot tired and fed up and went straight to the room which was just finished. The sofa bed for the kids wasn’t made up and we asked two different staff to bring the bedding but neither did. We reported this to the hotel and they said it was our fault for entering the room at 3 pm before they had checked it! We ended up making the bed ourselves from sheets off the main bed. Half board cannot be used at lunch instead of dinner. The lunch by the pool was great: good choice of food. The buffet dinner was almost entirely inside which was like a school dinner hall and the food was typical buffet and hectic. With AI you get two meals in the smaller on site restaurants which was great but we booked on arrival and could only get our last and second to last night which was frustrating when they were only using 8 of about 20 tables each night! The cocktails on the ai during the day were like ready mixed dilute and very poor quality. Evening cocktails by the entertainment were good. Entertainment was pretty poor, one night you had to pay to buy charity bingo cards to even join in. The pools are packed: as in it’s hard to find room to get in! The adult only pool looked great but typically sat empty whilst the other pools were all packed with kids and inflatables. Rooms don’t have conditioner and the hair dryer was useless. There’s not much around the hotel and the bus to Andelucia is absolutely rammed: no Ubers out there but there is a Mallorca taxi app which is similar. Would not return and think 4 star is a stretch.
