We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a great variety and everything was delicious. We asked for a late check-out because our flight was late in the evening, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay longer, which made our last day much more comfortable. We really appreciated this gesture. The entertainment team was fantastic and created a fun atmosphere every day. The waiters were also amazing—they regularly came to take our drink orders, so we never had to wait long. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would love to come back!

Went in the height of summer with my kids age 2 and 5. Fantastic holiday all round Pro’s: * entertainment staff (especially Orianna) were fantastic with the children. Plenty of activities throughout the day and entertainment concluding by 1030pmish was welcome with such young kids. The energy the entertainment staff brought was incredible , and my kids were enamoured with such kind and friendly staff. They thoughtfully remembered small things about my kids which helped them feel special. Kids club was super in the mornings, would be great if the afternoon activity could be in a shaded area rather than around the stage just to give the kids a short break from the sun. The variety of pools and pool based activities and mini discos was great *variety of restaurants and buffet, generally very good food at level expected at 4* (not incredible, but very good) *friendly and professional reception staff * the room was well air conditioned and close to the pool, short walk to get around the resort. Consistent daily cleaning to good standard. Travel cot had a proper mattress which meant my son slept well. We opted for a small garden which had a hammock and 2 loungers, a real bonus. *we opted for all inclusive for the final 3 days of the holiday at a cost of 150e per day for the family and felt this was very good value. *gym was reasonably well equipped and Pilates / yoga were offered Every morning. Variable quality of the instructors - two were great and one was poor. *option for table service drinks in the evening when watching the entertainment. Entertainment was generally good and varied. *availability of fruit and sandwiches throughout the day was great for kids snacks Cons * restaurant staff were hit and miss, at times rude, failure to ackowledge / greet etc. the pool bar staff were generally great however. * curtains in the room let through a good bit of light, we were glad to have brought a portable black out blind * activities start at 10am, would be great to have options of earlier activities * kitchenette is teeny tiny, with the stove knobs easily reached and operated by children. No room to store food except for in the fridge. * buffet restaurant very hot especially for dinner , and the kids club room was v hot too *limited shade over the playground * the queues for all drink at the pool bar could be lengthy during the day. The cap of 2 drinks per person helped this although perhaps this should be for all inclusive guests only. Overall a really great experience and we would be happy to return to a Zafiro hotel again next year

We had a very enjoyable 10 days in the hotel in July 2026. We have only good things to say. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which suited very well with 2 teenagers and was spacious, well furnished with comfortable beds and kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. Every morning there was a quiet army of people working hard to get the resort ready and they did a fantastic job. All the staff were really friendly, welcoming and professional. The Fit and Active people deserve special mention because they were amazing. Bar service was relatively fast given the demand every evening - much quicker than we’ve experienced elsewhere. There was great variety in the food and everyone ate very well despite differing tastes and preferences. Rita’s is definitely worth eating in, good food and fantastic staff. The all inclusive offering was excellent. The sunbed policy was strictly enforced- any towels left unattended before 10am were respectfully removed and a note left. This was a massive plus point for us. Gym could do with a few extra fans as it was like a sauna! 18+ pool was great while it lasted - unfortunately some guests thought it fine for their children to stand outside the perimeter and yell to them - lifeguards did what they could but guest cooperation is also necessary. Really overall had a fantastic holiday and couldn’t hesitate to recommend.

“Good hotel, not a good location”

Travelled with my two daughters. We booked a pool view room. On arrival we went to our room in block 4 and found it was a corner room, overlooking the below room which had a swim up pool and some gardens. Having paid an extra £150 for a pool view room , I wasn’t happy. The room was also still dirty, food in the microwave and stains on the chairs and couch etc. Called reception and they said to wait and they would call back. Having travelled very early , my daughter was getting quite distressed and wanted to go to the pool etc. We headed back over to reception and said we would like to sort it now. They did switch rooms and we were given a pool view. Not sure how they counted overlooking someone’s swim up pool and nothing else as a pool view? Anyway moved to block 3, 1st floor. This room seemed fine until we got back from the pool and found the balcony swarming with ants. Up the walls, over the balcony posts, all over the floor etc. Again, had to call reception and they sent someone within minutes . They sprayed it all and cleaned it for us. This was fine until our last night when they started returning. We also had to ask for a replacement hairdryer and kettle as these were broken. The hotel is excellent for children . The pools, surrounding gardens etc are immaculate. The cleaners work very hard. We always felt very safe, lifeguards are very observant and the kids loved it. Staff very helpful and friendly, food at the pool bar was lovely, main resteraunt was busy, food was ok. We found breakfast to be the best with lots of fresh pastries and fruit. We were half board plus, we stayed for 5 nights, but if you stay for under 7 you aren’t allowed to book Rita’s or the other one. Foam party was really good fun, the mini disco etc was great. The swings/play area isn’t very safe. Anyone can walk in where it is located next to the car park. There are no gates etc. We were told by a family that up until last year local teenagers/men were walking in using the football pitches. We never left my daughter, but other parents were just leaving toddlers there and going for a drink. One evening a toddler was lost, crying in the swings on his own and it took around 20 minutes to locate his parents who where drinking watching the show. Again, hotel staff were very good at dealing with this. One thing I didn’t like was that as we were half board sometimes you were allowed to pay for meals and drinks, other times they would say no and scan your bracelet. We were then given a bill at the end of our stay, but hard to keep up with what we had paid for and what we hadn’t. We wanted to just pay as we went , but one rule one day and another the next. The area is residential. It’s in a steep hill to the beach which isn’t great in the heat. It is only a 10 minute walk. We, however did not feel safe in the area. The hotel is located in a quiet part and I’d say the run down end of can picafort. The one evening we ventured into the town, around 7pm we were followed by 4 men. We walked past them sitting outside a bar, they stared at us, said something to each other, left their drinks and began following us. We were scared and went into the nearest restaraunt by the beach and stayed there. We didn’t go out again after around 5pm. Just something to bear in mind if you are a single mum or just women in your group. This obviously put us off returning , which is a shame as the hotel is perfect for families. Overall a good holiday, but won’t return due to location and niggles that you wouldn’t expect at a 4 star at that price.
