Value & Atmosphere If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay, this hotel offers excellent value for the price. However, you get what you pay for regarding the "chill" factor. The atmosphere is quite loud, and the dining area feels more like a busy canteen than a relaxed restaurant. The rooms also have poor sound isolation, so expect to hear a lot of what’s happening in the hallways and neighboring rooms. The Room The rooms are basic and definitely not the highlight. Our first room had a broken doorframe, though the staff moved us to a new one immediately. While the second room was better, it still had no balcony and no view. On the plus side, everything was kept very clean. Service & Food The staff is wonderful—very nice, friendly, and helpful. We also really enjoyed the food; the quality was good and consistent throughout our stay. Location The location is perfect. You are right next to the beach, and for trips into Palma, the bus and taxi options are very convenient and easy to use. > Final Verdict: Great for travelers on a budget who want a clean base near the beach and don't mind a bit of noise. I would recommend it for the price, but bring earplugs!

Decent size, clean rooms, food was good - didn't expect anything fantastic for this price , there was always something You can eat - meat , fish and plenty of vegetable options Staff very polite and helpful There is no parking, streets around the hotel are always full of parked cars, but that's not for hotel to blame

“Lovely trip. All inclusive could be improved out of restaurant times”

Great location, clean hotel, food very good. Could use a kettle in the room as it took ages to get a drink out of meal times. Snacks were poor. Refused entry to the restaurant as it was too busy. NEVER had that before!
