The hotel presents as 4 stars, barely can give 3. This hotel isn't worth that money that I paid!!! We got room at 8th floor that was really uncomfortable with child in a pram. The room, junior suite, it was impressive. The room is really large and comfortable. Except the cleaning, the clean of our room depend which housekeeper was on shift that day.First couple of days it was really clean but after the housekeeper didn't do a lot, even didn't clean the floor.She just did a beds and that's it. Also it was a lot of ants in the bed and on the floor. One thing that I was surprised it's a queue in restorant to have a dinner. It's ridiculous!!! Any dinner time you need to wait until you can get inside.When you eating you can't feel comfortable because people from the queue looks at you during you have a dinner and I felt awkward. It's was every evening. The food was neutral. Not a wide choose, especially for kids. The cakes, ice creams and panacota was melted and looks like a milk. Couple of times the pizza was raw! At lunch time in restorant was off all coffee machines.To have a coffee you need go in bar. The lounge in main building it horrible, stinky, dirty and a millions ants on the floor and furniture. Not all but most of staff is totally unfriendly. The phone on reception is never works. Always need to go personal on reception when have any issues. The better part of my holiday it's unbelievable see.The beach is fabulous. But obviously it isn't the hotel achievement. So, I am not recommend this hotel if you want to have a good holiday. I regret that I was choose it. Around a lots of hotel that you can pick.

“Great Location and Entertainment, but F&B Service Needs Improvement”

The location of Alua Calvia is fantastic—close to both Platja de Magaluf and Cala Vinyes, but far enough from the town center to avoid the heavy noise and crowds. Reception made a great first impression. and kindly arranged a room on a high floor with beautiful views. A special mention to Lucia for her wonderful service—she was extremely warm, helpful. My kids also thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and pool activities, which kept them engaged throughout our stay. However, the All-Inclusive food and beverage experience fell short. The F&B team seemed overwhelmed starting right from breakfast. Most staff moved like robots—focusing strictly on tasks rather than engaging with guests. We had to queue for dinner every single night and wait in long lines at the bar just to order a drink. Additionally, the overall food quality definitely needs improvement. Overall, we really appreciated Lucia's hospitality and the great facilities, but if the hotel can upgrade its food quality and improve F&B efficiency, it would make a huge difference.

Biggest disappointment was that the pool closed at 6pm during the summer period. If the pool was open till 8pm then we could have enjoyed it more.
