our kids absolutely loved the mini disco at 8:30 pm every day and my wife and I loved the evening entertainment after 9 pm. great buffet and good selection of food!

The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and in a fantastic location. The pool areas are well maintained, and we never had any trouble finding sunbeds, which was a real bonus. The animation team were absolutely fantastic and are a real credit to the hotel, always bringing great energy and helping to create a fun atmosphere. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice each morning. Our accommodation was a Junior Suite with a super king-size bed and a sofa bed for the children. The room is a great size, with a walk in shower and two balconies we had a fantastic view of the beach and the pool. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, It is very thin, when you lay on it you can feel the poles. We asked reception if mattress toppers were available, but were met with a rather unhelpful response. We then requested a duvet to place over the mattress for extra comfort and were told someone would arrange it, but nothing arrived. My husband eventually had to return to reception and ask again. Housekeeping was another disappointment. Three days into our holiday, our room had not been serviced at all—no fresh towels, no sheet changes, no bins emptied, and no general cleaning. We had to visit reception again to request clean towels and for the bins to be emptied. Although someone eventually came to the room, they only remade the bed and left some fresh towels. We have now been here for five days and have not seen a single member of the housekeeping team on our floor. Overall, this is a mixed review. The hotel has many positives: it is attractive, clean, well located, and the entertainment team are outstanding. However, the customer service, particularly from reception and housekeeping, has been disappointing. With better attention to guests’ requests and room servicing, this could be a much better experience.

“Overall a nice relaxing holiday”

I booked a suite with pool view for 5 nights as a birthday for my daughters 16th me, her and her friend. Room is great (1718) 7th floor and overlooking wave pool which is closed which was disappointing as I have walking issues and the main pool is a short walk but could have done without the pain. Main pool - plenty of beds and everything within reach. Bar is up a small slope and that’s also where you smoke as no smoking or vaping at pool. Food - I only stayed b&b and wasn’t disappointed, had everything you need for a hearty breakfast or just light fruits. I had lunch once which I paid €35 for and I wasn’t impressed for the price I paid. The pork wasn’t cooked thoroughly but the lasagne and massive burgers and pastas, salad was good. Location - in a nice spot. Up a slight swerved incline but not too bad even for me with back issues. The only downside to my stay was housekeeping. We leave tomorrow and our sheets have not been changed once. It’s not a major issue otherwise I would have said something but having clean sheets at least after 2 days in my opinion is needed on holidays. Just remade beds. 2 of the days I’ve had no towels and had to request them. Day 2 because my daughter was in the room they didn’t clean, just walked back out without checking dirty towels or handing us fresh ones. Overall I would stay again but I would prefer less stress of having to ask for things to be done. I do need to give them there dues as on my daughters actual birthday they had a note and cake waiting for her when we got back - I did not request this or tell them of her birthday.
