The location of this fabulous hotel, is perfect. As is everything else. The standard is high in every aspect!! There are steps leading to the beach around the rear of the hotel near the tennis courts and the hotel has parasols that previous guests have left , that you can use to take with you, as well as towels. The beach is a lovely small hidden jem with clean sand and green sea. The beach bar is quite expensive, a small bottle of water is €3:50 and sells ice lollies and snacks but this is privately owned, so no negative reflection on the hotel. When you walk out of the front entrance of the hotel and walk to your right there are a couple of bars about 100 yards up the lane. If you go left, down the hill there is the beach vibe bar called 5Oceanos that has a great chilled atmosphere and serves food and fabulous cocktails. Across from there is a local shop selling beach bits and essentials. Just around the corner is a seafood restaurant/ bar next to the marina called the Bonaire that is also a lovely place to relax. The ‘ Old Town’ is a 25 minute walk or a €7 taxi ride. I would definitely recommend a visit to this little piece of paradise. There are some charming bars and restaurants as well as a great market on Tuesdays. The new town Alcudia is a different vibe altogether and is very busy and similar to Benidorm and is a €12 taxi ride away. The beach there is also very clean as is the sea. The hotel reception staff are happy to arrange taxi’s for you for wherever you would like to go. They also arranged a hire car for us to be dropped off at the hotel for us and collected afterwards for no extra charge. All the staff throughout the hotel are absolutely amazing!! I would like to mention Mika who was really kind to us and thoughtful. All the staff throughout, go above and beyond to make your stay 100% !! The hotel is spotlessly clean and maintained to the best standards. The pool area has a quiet calm to it that is absolutely perfect for relaxing and reading. There is no boom boom music or noise anywhere. The whole place is tranquil and peaceful. There are no silly rules, it’s like being in a perfect retreat that is away from the world but not too far if you fancy a change from the tranquility. The hotel provide clean towels everyday at no cost and as many as you like. So you can have them for the pool and then a couple more for the beach later in the day if you choose. The sun loungers are free including the 4 poster ones canopy covers ones. The food is really good. Amazing breakfast and plenty of seating, with amazing service. The omelettes are second to none !! Nothing is too much trouble for anyone here. The whole peaceful experience gently eases away your worries and aches and pains you find yourself feeling revived and relaxed, caught up in the flow of tranquility that the hotel offers. We had free drinks on arrival and whilst we were awaiting our transfer home. There were clean towels and a shower room provided for us to use before our transfer arrived and these are inside the hotel not a dirty outbuilding. Our little haven was spotlessly clean, with a large comfortable bed, enough storage for the two of us and a good working shower and high end free toiletries. We had a little terrace that we loved to sit out on with a cold drink and some snacks after a busy day relaxing. The bar staff make it so that you don’t have to lift a finger when you visit the bar, all you need to do is choose a seat from the plentiful array of seatings. The cocktails are delicious and nothing is overpriced. Every afternoon the staff offer out free delicious snacks served to you, you don’t even have to move from your lounger. The entertainment that was there when we were there on Monday night was also very good. It’s not every night so it doesn’t get too much and spoil the chilled vibe, it usually twice a week. We were made to feel welcome from start to finish by every single member of staff. Adim greeted us when we arrived and set the bar for how we would be treated throughout our stay. I have travelled far and wide and never have I experienced 100% in every aspect of a hotel, as I have here. Pack your sun cream and enjoy your stay. You don’t even need a book as there is a free library of books to choose from whilst you ease your troubles away in the sunshine !!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually extended our holiday by an extra two days – which probably says everything you need to know! After a long transfer from the airport (I’d definitely recommend taking a taxi), we arrived to a warm welcome from Mika, whose smile and kindness immediately made us feel at home. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and is a real asset to the hotel. In fact, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, approachable and genuinely wanted to ensure guests had a lovely holiday. The only slight hiccup came on our first evening in the restaurant. As a vegetarian, I initially struggled to find suitable options and, after asking a few members of staff, felt overlooked. This was most likely due to a language barrier rather than a lack of willingness to help. Once I explained my concerns, everything changed. I was introduced to the chef, who personally walked me through the vegetarian choices and happily offered to prepare dishes especially for me. We both left with full tummies! The hotel itself is well maintained, with attractive gardens and lovely surroundings. There are a few small maintenance details that could be improved, but nothing that really detracted from our holiday. What really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere. There were no large, noisy groups—just couples, families and friends of all ages enjoying a relaxing break. It was exactly the tranquil environment we had hoped for. The nearby beach is absolutely stunning and well worth a visit, and both the hotel pool and beach bar serve plenty of cocktails and food to enjoy throughout the day. I would particularly mention the amazing lunchtime bar food at the hotel. Generous and tasty options. Our only wish is that this option was also available during the evening. We also had meals at the Oceana Bar Restaurant just a short walk down the hill and would ‘highly’ recommend it. The menu offers plenty of choice, the food is excellent, and the portions are incredibly generous—if you’re trying to watch your weight a starter may be enough! The hotel evening entertainment was enjoyable, but a special mention has to go to Miguel, one of the waiters. He brought so much fun to one of the evenings and is another fantastic ambassador for the hotel although he was much quieter the following day! We visited the Alcúdia market during our stay. For us, much of it consisted of the same cheap clothing and jewellery stalls, so it wasn’t really our thing. However, the food market area was excellent, and if we’d been staying in self-catering accommodation, we would definitely have stocked up on some of the local produce. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be the swimming pool, which could benefit from a deeper clean. There was green staining around some of the tiles. There was also some hair around the rails. However, when I mentioned this to Mika, she addressed it immediately, which reflects her and the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday. The combination of a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, excellent food and outstanding staff made for a truly memorable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and extending our holiday by two days is probably the biggest compliment we can give. Finally, if anyone from the hotel is reading this: my vote is for Mika for Manager and Miguel for Entertainment Manager! The staff played a huge part in making our holiday so special.

Absolutely beautiful place, the best holiday we have ever had from start to finish, the hotel staff are amazing and some of the nicest people we have ever met, the reception staff are so helpful and go out of there way to help, it’s a very special place and the hotel is immaculate, the rooms where cleaned every day, fresh towels if needed, there is nothing we could fault , the pool is lovely and peaceful, we went into the old town which is a 5 min taxi ride, definitely worth a visit we loved it, lots of great restaurants, we did eat at the hotel and the food was lovely and great value , we went to the beach which is 5 min walk just at the back of the hotel , crystal clear waters, there’s a beach bar , we cannot fault anything we loved our stay , met some lovely friends we are definitely coming back next year , thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special see you next year

Spent 4 days at Prinsotel Mal Pas and wow… all I can say I wish I could stay longer & will definitely come back. Everything was great - reception staff is great and extremely welcoming and helpful. The pool was busy but you could always find a sunbed. Breakfast and Dinner were very good too, with variety for all tastes and the bbq at dinner was a great addition! Thank you to everyone, and especially to Mika at reception and Faisar from the front of house team! We’ll definitely come back!
