I have stayed here four times including twice in the past two months, and both the last two visits have been fantastic. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. I stayed all inclusive both times and couldn’t fault the food or service. I always managed to find a sunbed by the pool, whatever time I arrived. It’s a fabulous hotel and somewhere I definitely plan on returning to. The animation team also deserve a special mention. Pietro was amazing, but the whole team works incredibly hard. They are all so friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic, and they never make you feel pressured to join in if you just want to relax. They create a lovely atmosphere around the hotel and really add to the holiday experience. Thank you all!

“Great hotel”

Been here 7 or 8 times over the last 4 years. So relaxing, rooms lovely and cleaned every day. Been here 7 or 8 times over the last 4 years. So relaxing, rooms lovely and cleaned every day. I’ve stayed in sea view room, pool view room, corner first floor room and ninth floor room and they are all well equipped. Free courtesy bus to Palma Nova every day and very regular. Food in restaurant is lovely from breakfast through to evening snacks (burgers/hotdogs/wedges), pizzas are lovely, plenty of choice throughout main season, but not as much choice in April or October. Snack bar food is cooked fresh. Pool bar need more staff at all times, and floor wiped often as it can be very slippy from people coming straight from pool. The tables in the grass need more that 2 seats around a table as many tables were empty as other tables had taken the chairs. Pool toilets need cleaned more often (only cleaned 3 times a day when I was there). Pool area is great but not many parasols so have to be quick to get one, and broken sunbeds need removed. There is no shallow end in the pool so if you’ve got little ones be careful - lifeguard is on duty. Main toilets in lobby are very clean. Daytime entertainment is the usual, yoga/rifle shooting/table tennis etc. Evening entertainment ok, but not the best. Mini disco on for 15 minutes only and starts roughly 20:45. Bus stop to Palma down the road from hotel €2pp each way (we were going to get taxi back but at €31 we got bus back). There a small beach in Cala Major but take a right turn out of back gate and walk down , if you take a left there’s nearly 100 steps down and the same back up 😥. Overall this hotel is great and I will be back, already looking for October 😊.

We have just returned from a very good holiday at this hotel. Overall I would recommend it. Positives: Lovely pool, one of the best I’ve been to in terms of size and shape, although it is very deep so inflatable lilos are recommended. There is also a smaller pool for children and play area. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas and absolutely no issue getting a sunbed. Plenty still available at 10 am in the middle of July. Pool area has a lifeguard and is fairly quiet- no loud music, some entertainment such as water aerobics etc but not overwhelming like in some places. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very clean, with beds changed and towel changes daily. . We were all inclusive and lots of choice for food at every meal. The food is probably the best we’ve had at an all-inclusive hotel. There is also a Pool snack bar for during the day. Free regular hotel bus-shuttle into Palma Nova resort and beach(about 15 mins) which works very well. We also took an Uber into Palma city and a taxi back. Bizarrely taxis are massively cheaper than ubers as they are regulated price wise so would recommend taxi rather than uber if going into Palma city( there is a public bus too). Negatives: long queues for pool bar but at least you can get 3 drinks each time (I don’t drink alcohol but there was a good range of soft drinks and coffee. Local beers, wines, sangria and cocktails if you do drink).The evening bar service is terrible. We were all inclusive and one night in a very empty bar nobody came to take drinks order. Going to the bar yourself is not allowed unless you are taking the drinks away- we were told off one night for trying to order at the bar). So we had to go to the bar ourselves and say we were taking the drinks away in order to get served. The service is better if you sit outside but if you want to sit inside - I wouldn’t bother. Also you have to pay for bottled water at dinner, despite being all inclusive. Pool decking not always cleaned properly from the previous day. Towels for pool are €2 per day plus €10 deposit and the safe in room is chargeable plus a deposit. To be fair the negatives are fairly minor and could easily be solved by the hotel. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant family holiday but not if you want a lively night time scene as there are no bars nearby. I would stay there again.
