Location wasn’t to far from the airport , there wasn’t much in the surrounding area , the nearest beach was around 14 min walk but be prepared for lots of steps on route, hotel provided shuttle coach to Palma Nova beach which was well worth doing and was free Plenty of sunbeds (no wars even though it was 6 weeks holidays no 6/7am trips required ) lacked umbrellas but plenty of shade available on grass areas if required ,great size pool plenty of space and jacuzzi pool and infant pool was the same , activities most days Breakfast had plenty of choice , busy but no Q’s , snack bar done its job and very reasonably priced We had 2 rooms Both sea view , I had a corner room which was the better view but both still overlooked a large car park Entertainment wasn’t impressive and hotel bar was very quiet lacked atmosphere Hotel and rooms very clean , few English channels on the Tv , Air con was free , staff very helpful WiFi available everywhere on the complex

Decent hotel, overpriced due to time of year. Decent hotel, overpriced due to time of year. The hotel is not in an area readily accessible for the 'handy' holiday, that doesn't bother us as we like to explore but can imagine you would feel isolated if it does. This means taxi. Taxi in Majorca are expensive as you are tourists. The island is expensive and tourist prices are crazy. I work for a Spanish company so I am well informed and travel a lot around Spain as an employee. There is a free shuttle but this is to Palmanova and this is not a desired location. My advise go towards Paguera for a beach. The island is beautiful and I understand tourism is a big issue and I would agree there are too many tourists, but the staff and hotel need to realise without tourists there are no jobs and no economy. The attitude and misery of a lot of staff is so off putting. We are paying thousands upon thousands of pounds for a few days holiday. Ok we may get a better salary but in retrospect we also pay huge taxes at home and our bills are significant. So our small family luxury should be received with respect. I understand the staff are probably under paid, over worked and tired. That is a manageable issue with more staff and less significant profits for the hotel. It ruined our stay while there. Everything from a drink to a meal was always such effort. The island is beautiful go enjoy it. The BQ is a good car rental base. They seriously need to sort attitudes and maybe staff neglect, then a more welcoming and pleasant experience for guests can be had. This is not bespoke to this hotel I must add, Spain in general has become hostile for holidays. So if your working out significant sums, my suggestion is South America or even further as your are welcomed, looked after and they appreciate your custom.
