“Lovely city trip”

A lovely hotel. Not in Central Palma so quieter. Close to marina though. Very clean and nice facilities. Pool was quiet although we did go in may. Breakfast had good variety. A lovely hotel. Not in Central Palma so quieter. Close to marina though. Very clean and nice facilities. Pool was quiet although we did go in may. Breakfast had good variety. Pool bar and snacks were very good. Didn't have evening meal at hotel but others that did said was good value for money. A buffet. Would definitely come back to this hotel again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, a return visit. The property itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained, which made a great first impression. The rooms were spotless, with soft, high-end quality towels that added a nice touch of comfort. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. They really made the experience feel personal and comfortable. Thank you for our bottle of bubbly, a lovely surprise! The restaurant was another highlight. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of options and quality ingredients. Every meal was enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and great dining absolutely met our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

“Lovely”

We needed a hotel to stay easy to get to the hospital and so we could be with our son's fiancé. My son was admitted to the ICU whilst on holiday here. So unfortunately not a holiday for us. We needed a hotel to stay easy to get to the hospital and so we could be with our son's fiancé. My son was admitted to the ICU whilst on holiday here. So unfortunately not a holiday for us. However the hotel was lovely. Room great, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good selection. Lady I dealt with on reception was fantastic and so accommodating and supportive. If we came back for a holiday would definitely use this hotel again.

This stay was certainly a mixed bag and depends what you expect from a hotel. Upon our late arrival we were greeted with pleasant and efficient reception staff and given the room keys. The room was clean and very modern, had fridge, kettle with tea/coffee etc and the bathroom was great except for the frosted sliding glass door. This meant that if the bathroom was used in the night the bedroom was flooded with light for the entire time the bathroom was occupied. The pool area was lovely although we didnt use it to swim as the weather was too cold; the spa was nice priced at 12.50 euros per person for 1.5 hours. However where the hotel failed miserably was from the bar/restaurant staff. Our late night drink on the first night was fine and the barman lovely. The following night we came back and wanted a coffee, probably around 10 and were told only the pool bar was open so my daughter bought coffee from a female member of staff who rolled her eyes and served it in paper cups which my daughter carried back to the indoor bar. We were irritated but perhaps a blip….. The next day was a Saturday and the hotel was promoting a guitar player at 8pm. As we had eaten a main meal at lunchtime we decided to stay at the hotel for the evening and listen to the music and get some sort of food from the pool menu which had been serving reasonable food the previous day. When I went to order I was told there was no food just the hotel buffet from the restaurant. This was not what we wanted but I went into the restaurant thinking I could walk 2 metres from the conservatory of the restaurant to the outdoor table where we were seated with the food but was told food could only be eaten indoors. I challenged this with what I can only describe as a jobsworth who told me it was the rules. Clearly other guest were irritated too and the guests dispersed which was a shame for the entertainer as this wasn't a reflection on him it’s just people needed food! It was also crazy that as well as the entertainer they had failed to turn off the background music so ……….. We stayed to finish our drinks although extremely dissatisfied. Before we left we were then told we could eat restaurant food outside by which time we had booked a table elsewhere and realised this experience wasnt for us. The hotel were missing a massive opportunity to sell food and drink which just seemed like madness to me and certainly weren’t offering 4 star service. On a more positive note on Sunday evening we returned from dinner and were served tea in the bar in individual pots with pottery cups by a very pleasant young man and found reception staff really helpful in ordering taxis which were needed to access the old town which was a good 30 minute walk. If anyone does visit the hotel we found an excellent eatery when we were refused outdoor food called Bhukkad Boca 5 minutes from the hotel which is Mediterranean / Indian fusion. The customer service is next level and could teach some hotel staff a thing or two and are open all day so a great alternative for breakfast as well as dinner!
