We had one night stay here at the end of our week in Cala D'or. Admittedly we booked this hotel last minute, out of convenience, to be closer to the airport on departure day but it ended up being the best part of our holiday. The hotel is done beautifully. Small, intimate, sophisticated and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate and generous in size. The bathroom / toilet and shower area were spacious and well kitted out. The only thing I would say is the air con wasn't effective although this could be more about me and my addiction to white noise whilst I sleep. Sophie, The Hostess made herself available by whatsapp before we checked in for any queries we might have, which was a nice touch. On arrival she was warm, friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in a secure room (pre check in time) whilst we went to investigate the city. I had no doubt our belongings would be safe. The location felt a bit out of the way but in reality it was only a half an hour walk into the main town and was very well connected via speedy and regular buses - with 2/3 main stops within easy reach. I had a very reasonably priced beer and red wine at the hotels' bar. All staff were attentive and charismatic- both beer and wine performed well too. On departure, we were assisted with booking a very prompt , very helpful cab for the airport. We left feeling sad we'd not planned differently because we would definitely have booked to stay here for longer. The only thing we'd have missed was the roof top pool which had been a drawing factor at booking stage. Unfortunately this was out of action during our stay. We loved it here though so, we can happily and honestly say, "Oh well, next time!"...

We stayed here for 2 nights before we went on a med cruise leaving from Palma Port. We were greeted by the staff on our arrival which was late in the evening with two free drinks and a very warm welcome who were perfect from start to finish. In particular Sophie in the bar restaurant The hotel was immaculate & modern and the full experience was enjoyable and more than we had expected it to be. The food was lovely and reasonable priced. Great location. We enjoyed it that much we came back for lunch the day we returned from the cruise as we had 6 hours to kill prior to our flight home . The staff were agreeable to look after our luggage so that we could go a walk to Palma before our fight home. We couldnt pick any faults and recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. Flawless stay and brilliant hospitality.

“Excellent hotel with friendly staff”

The staff are very friendly and always ready to help at any time. The food is excellent and very diverse. Must to try their delicious Sangria. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

We arrived after midnight & followed instructions to enter number into keypad etc & we did make it to our room but we passed several strange people loitering outside smoking substances, The hotel room was comfortable, clean & nice. With blinds outside controlled by remote you could shut out the view & some noise. By day the small square hosted visitors to the hotel cafe & next door bar. The square is adjacent to a busy road/bus route. We caught the number 4 bus into Palma from here. Very convenient. The road is noisy & by night e.g after midnight, the square transforms into a place I didn’t particularly feel safe in. There were some homeless people sleeping in doorways, and a lot of comings & goings to adjacent properties. Screaming & shouting. So having averaged 4 hours sleep each night, I feel it’s worth a mention. The cafe on ground floor serves us for breakfast, we had omelette, bacon, bread, croissant. The coffee was gorgeous. It was a bar but wasn’t open after 4pm. After 5pm and Sunday there are no staff in the hotel, other than the cleaner but you are given a what’s app number. We walked into palma via the promenade which was not far from hotel, out of sight but nevertheless convenient- it took about an hour to walk in. We had nice food in the town and this was our go to for evening meals. Except the last night we ate at the bar/restaurant next to our hotel called Belver. It was limited but nice. There’s a small rooftop area for sunbathing with a small plunge pool. We didn’t use this facility and there was no one on the roof when we went to look. It was ok. I felt my stay was ok, but nothing to draw me back and if I returned I would seek out another hotel, purely because of the night time goings on in `gomelia square. Taxi to airport was €27 took about 15 mins Buses run frequently and contactless payment is used. Not sure how much as it hadn’t come out the bank yet. Food & drink averaged about €50 a meal. Hop on hop off bus I didn’t feel was worth it.
