We have travelled as a couple and chose this hotel to celebrate our second anniversary. We stayed for 5 nights, from the 27th of February until the 4th of March 2026 in room 816 (if I am not wrong :) ). The hotel itself is great, spotless and in a very good condition. Lobby area together with reception and the restaurant are huge, plenty of space and seats with marvelous design. The room was lovely and came with a balcony which gave us a small but beautiful view of the port. Bed and pillows so comfortable, bathroom and shower with a good size, toiletries from Rituals provided, towels had a good quality and shower pressure was great. Large closet offered enough space to store everything and its sliding doors converted in mirrors a big plus, safe and laundry service provided but we did not use, small bottles of water provided together with tea and coffee plus a mini bar at extra cost. TV in the room and AC/ Heating all very easy to operate and functional. Had enough sockets and well pointed. Could hear neighbors from next door if they were loud but not something to bother us as during the night was quiet and had a good sleep and during the day we spent most of the time outside. We did not book with breakfast but had this twice during the stay, the cost is 25 euro/ person and was really tasty and well presented, it was a self service buffet with many varieties of cold and hot food, drinks etc. We did not have any lunch or dinner so cannot comment. We tried the inside pool with jacuzzi and sauna and was so relaxing, the cost was 20 euro/ person 90 minutes for hotel`s guests. Location of the hotel was convenient as city center could be accessed easily by walking (20- 25 min) or Uber. I want to say a big THANK YOU to all staff members which were so helpful and taking care of all our requests making our stay memorable. Each staff member we encountered was so polite always greeting and smiling, starting from reception to housekeeping/ breakfast/ spa ladies. Overall, we did feel very comfortable and safe here and definitely would book this property again if we will ever be back. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay!

We stayed 4 nights at a Marina view room, and enjoyed The Level Meliá benefits as an add on. This add on was very cost effective as the complementary snacks & drinks in the Level area (including wine, beers, soft drinks, hot drinks, crisps, olives, fruit, candies and cakes were available and open from 7:30am till 1am). Also between 5-7pm, a cold buffet of filled rolls, salads and liquor were served. We used the hotel spa as the outdoor pool was closed off for use (we visited late March) but poolside sun loungers were available for use. The staff throughout the hotel were lovely, friendly and helpful - we even received complimentary welcome gifts and an early check-in, which was appreciated. The main foyer, reception and common areas were of a very high spec, our room was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. The actual bedroom decor was a bit tired and could probably do with a more modern look to match the main hotel areas. It’s about a 30 min walk into the old town for both chain and designer shops, the Cathedral and some major Palma landmarks and only a taxi/ Uber ride to a great Outlet Fashion Mall. There is also a decent sized supermarket, behind the hotel and lots of small bars, restaurants and takeaways nearby. We would revisit this hotel.

Hotel is modern , but rooms seem to be from the original layout , plug sockets are a bit of a nightmare , and rooms are not soundproofed, we upgraded to “The Level” which in all honestly was a waste of money , the “snacks” consisted of two types of cheese and cold meats (if you were quick enough to get any”) the breakfasts in both areas are of continental style and the cooked foods were left under the heat lamps , this was always cold . We had use of the spa which was good , although the roof seemed to be collapsing ! Our room faced onto the marina which is amazing , and the cathedral can be seen off in the distance. Location wise it central to Palma Town and a large indoor shopping centre the other way , the are a number of closed down business, on the promenade , this maybe because it is of season still.

“Average & don’t book if you like sleep”

Average stay. Hotel foyer is very nice and the bar area. We stayed in a non level room, which was fine, but needs upgrading. Breakfast is good and there is a lot of choice. Average stay. Hotel foyer is very nice and the bar area. We stayed in a non level room, which was fine, but needs upgrading. Breakfast is good and there is a lot of choice. The area around the hotel is very noisy at night (bars) and we struggled to sleep and we were woken early every morning by building works (something we were not made aware of before booking). Probably wouldn’t stay again.
