My stay was superb, the room was beautiful, and the staff were unbelievably nice and welcoming. It's worth noting that staying at Samaritana Suites gives you access to the facilities at the nearby Posada Terra Santa, including a lovely rooftop terrace. The only constructive feedback is that some of the walls have been scratched by door handles or toilet lids, which can be easily remedied with felt pads

We spend three nights in this surprisingly beautiful and super clean hotel. Our room was an apartment, the decorations are very modern and is walking distance to the center of the city .Their professional service was outstading. The first night we enjoyed a delicious dinner at their first class restaurnt and the next day decided to have room service for dinner. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and mostly served by their waiters. Marcus went out of his way to acomodate anythig that we needed. I will definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

I can't recommend this hotel and our room (Santa Maria) enough! I loved everything about our room/apartment. It was so spacious, well renovated with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. The rooms were full of light with 5 windows facing three different directions. The air-conditioning worked like a charm and the cleaners did a great job. I was working during the holiday, and it was easy to set up my computer in the kitchen area. The internet was reliable, and I had no trouble making video calls. The roof terrace was a lovely bonus. Even though it was November, it was warm enough to sit on the roof on sun loungers, enjoying the view. We had the roof to ourself every day! The apartment hotel is literally within a few metres from fantastic restaurants, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. The hotel building/lobby/breakfast area is just around the corner, and it looked absolutely stunning. We were travelling off-season and avoided the horrible mega resorts, but the local's blight of overtourism was visible in the city. There were banners, stickers and graffiti aimed at drawing attention to the problem. The locals we met were friendly enough, but it did leave us feeling like part of the problem. Palma is such an elegant city, and I hope we can return one day, but I do hope the government listens to the people of Majorca and overhauls the tourism industry.

“Spacious suites as a great base in Palma”

Really great suites for a stay in Palma. Spacious, quiet, clean, stylish, and incredibly well located. We’ll definitely stay here again (we previously stayed at their hotel, Posada Terra Santa). Staff were very friendly and professional too!
