We have just returned from this hotel. We had a wonderful time and thought it was definitely 5 star. The room we had was a good size, the bed very comfy. The room was kept very clean and the balcony faced the sea which had metal bars on top of the concrete so you could see the wonderful view. No sunbed wars with beds free every day. The restaurant was lovely and clean and the tables not to close together, with plenty of variety of food. All the staff were lovely from reception, cleaners and restaurant staff. It is also in a great location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Such a fabulous hotel. The staff were all so lovely from reception to the bar and breakfast staff to the cleaners all so lovely and helpful. Rooms were gorgeous and a stunning view of the sea. Such a fabulous hotel. The staff were all so lovely from reception to the bar and breakfast staff to the cleaners all so lovely and helpful. Rooms were gorgeous and a stunning view of the sea. Great amenities around and walking distance from all the restaurants and bars in palmanova and the beach. Pool was great also never an issue with sunbeds etc. the breakfast buffet was a highlight for us it was huge and never an issue with seating either. I would really recommend this to people if they want five star service at a great price! Would definitely love to come back again! Thank you Fergus Style Tobago. ! Such a stunning gem in Palmanova!

This was a late booking for us having already had a holiday in January, so was surprised to find this Adults only, 5 star hotel available in June. My wife and I have visited Mallorca many times over the past 8 years staying in Santa Ponsa at the Jardine Del Sol Suites.The Fergus Style Tobago is a similar priced hotel so we were looking forward to our holiday at a different location. The comparison sadly was way off. The rooms at the Fergus are rediculously small, to the point that you can injure your shoulder walking past the bed on a 6 inch shelf under the TV. There is very little storage, 2 drawers plus an open space for clothes hangers. The toilet door is a slightly darkened glass panel with no latch or lock and the shower has similar glass panels. This area plus the sink is very tight for space. You can see profiles through these glass panels. The balcony is ok but now instead of using glass panels to see outwards there is a concrete wall, so your view is restricted to over the wall when seated. Now comes the totally ridiculous divides between rooms on the Balcony. Yes it’s slightly darkened glass again but not too dark, as you can see the occupants and discern there general appearance. In fact my wife on more than one occasion, noted the male neighbour next door going out in the balcony completely naked and even noted the colour of his hair??? So moving down to the pool area where the sun doesn’t reach until 1025 ?, the pool is fresh water and apparently very cold. However you can exit this area and cross the road down a few steps and your on the beach which was my daily preference for swimming. The breakfasts were good, service excellent and we sat outside a few days in the morning sun. But no mimosas, her indoors was devastated. You can’t see the sea from the restaurant so even going outside where there is limited tables you still can’t view the sea when seated. Our stay was not without incident, there were groups of men everywhere, which I understand were Jews who had special packages including lunch with drinks, They basically took over the hotel and caused many of the Half Board diners to eat out because of their total ignorance to other guests. Much of this resulted in a special meeting with management but I’m not sure if this resulted in any improvement. What they (Half Boarders) did learn was that there were soon to be 120 female Jews coming to the hotel. So the comparison with the Jardine Suites, well there is non. The J S has rooms with sea view for a couple that include a Jacussi and plenty of space for your clothes etc etc plus a nice balcony with glass panel to see through and of course a non see through partition. The pool area is always in the sun plus it’s on the waters edge so you can swim in the sea. Then theres the restaurant. It’s on the 4 th floor with plenty of tables outside to dine. The range of food is superb and yes you get simosa’s The Fergus Iis a long way from being a 5 star but that’s what they display on the building
