“Lovely hotel would definitely come again”
Lovely chilled hotel! Clean and spacious rooms. So close to the beach and the gate and 24hr reception made us feel super safe. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Would definitely come again and recommend.

“Excellent stay”
Had a great holiday and experience due to excellent hotel and reception and staff are outstanding a platinum Melia member but would not stay anywhere else when in Palma Nova Reception cannot do enough for you Stay there you be really pleased

“Great hotel and fantastic staff”
Myself and mum and step dad arrived late Monday night reception staff was welcoming. I was in room 402 on arrival room appeared to be clean however the next morning there was hair all in the bathroom and make up left on the hairdryer so had to clean it myself before using it.
