Booked this holiday last minute through love holidays for a short break away and I can honestly say it was the best time from start to finish Love holidays has been easy to navigate from flights to transfers to hotel We enjoyed this hotel everyone we met was helpful and friendly the room was lovely and clean our room was cleaned daily we had an end room with large balcony beds firm but comfortable nice big shower The pool was a nice size we always managed to get a sun lounger and a parasols even tho people do reserve them Staff were always cleaning and at the end of the night it’s all staff on deck to deep clean and reset for the next day Food was one of the best all inclusive I have had with plenty of choice some I liked some I didn’t we ate well if I had stayed all week I would definitely gained a few pounds The entertainment team do a brilliant job with the kids during the day and mix with the adults in the evening The location is excellent which ever way we walked we came to beach bars and restaurants what more could you want Was nice to stay in a hotel with a mixture of different people of all ages we jist felt comfortable We can’t wait to come back

A big thank you to the Sol Palma Nova Me and my friend arrived on the 11th May for 7 nights and what a great experience we both had here. Every member of staff was amazing and friendly. They all work so hard that we had to tip as many as we could. The hard work all the staff put in to give us a brilliant experience during our week is a credit to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was perfect for our needs and was cleaned every day with fresh towels. There's plenty to eat and lots of choices. Some people like to moan just for the sake of it, especially about the food, expecting Gordon Ramsey to be cooking. The chefs are cooking all day for hundreds of people and personally they deserve a lot of credit. We found the food perfectly adequate and appreciated what we got. I've been to 5 stars hotels and the food wasn't as good. The token system is a great idea it stops empty cups lying around everywhere attracting wasps and keeps the place clean and tidy. Yes the pool was a little cold but that's early May for you but once in it's fine. Not the hotels fault if it's a bit cooler. Once again thank you so much for a fantastic week and all the hard work the entire staff put into it. We will definitely be back (hopefully this year again and next year)

“Lovely hotel and great location.”

The location is excellent, few minutes walk from the beach and the town. Several beaches to choose from, all large, clean and sandy. Room was good if small but you only use it to sleep in so that doesn't matter. Bed was very comfy, it was good having a fridge too. Food was varied and tasty, no comp… more

The location is excellent, few minutes walk from the beach and the town. Several beaches to choose from, all large, clean and sandy. Room was good if small but you only use it to sleep in so that doesn't matter. Bed was very comfy, it was good having a fridge too. Food was varied and tasty, no complaints there. Pool area too small, and despite signs saying no reserving, people had their towels down way before the pool opened. Only 3 lifts, one was broken for a day or two, so sometimes a wait but we don't mind walking a few flights. Definitely recommend the hotel for a family holiday, plenty for kids to do and some of the night time shows were excellent. Worth taking the bus to Palma, the stop is just outside the hotel

“First family holiday”

Excellent location to restaurants, shops and beaches. Really good erokski supermarket a 10 min walk. Room cleaned daily and spacious. Lots of kids activities and lovely staff. Excellent location to restaurants, shops and beaches. Really good erokski supermarket a 10 min walk. Room cleaned daily and spacious. Lots of kids activities and lovely staff. Staff not very welcoming. No explanation on anything during arrival eg. the food times and location of kids activities. Snack bar you can't take food from there. Stayed 1 week only got a sun lounger 1 afternoon. People reserving them with towels and every time we looked there would be maximum 5 people actually in the pool. Pool freezing cold, daughter shivering after 10 minutes. People being loud returning until 3am. Not much choice for younger kids drinks, took our 3 year old and 3 types of milkshake available only. Food bland and oily. 3 year old daughter eats everything usually and spent the week refusing to eat. Partner ate food and immediately knew it wasn't right and had to spit it out. Had to eat out as a family twice a day. Overall we thought the hotel was clean and kids staff friendly and helpful. Lovely location to beach. However other staff not very welcoming or helpful. Definitely didn't get our money's worth doing all inclusive, instead had to spend most spending money on eating out. Wouldn't return.
